    A lil over 2 hour depletion workout then 25 min cardio



    Still lean.


  2. And after slamming a ton of water salt and liquid cals I'm 171.6

    Guess I was holding water. Whatever

    Going to enjoy. But hopefully not go to crazy

    However 12 recompadrol 8 scoops mp. 12 defuse

    16 maybe 22 digestive digestive enzymes. But I mixed a few

    One b complex and 1 ephedrine.

    Just popped 4 more defuse pre bed w all supplements.

    I was sooooo veiny n dry after food was no longer making my stomach distended.

    Started post workout off w 60g waxy and 15g aminos and hica

    Dinner

    Stuffed cabbage Mac and cheese sweet mashed corn turkey

    I only ate for 2-2.5 hours.

    170.4 today. Calories increase tomorrow

    I am getting nervous to get fat but I understand some is necessary

    By looking at myself in the mirror I can prolly compete in 2 weeks if need be just run my peak week protocol 2x (10-11 day) and I'd be fine but I need to get this weight up

    Reverse dieting is slow and tedious

    That's 31g which is technically 2 tablespoons

    Putting on fat sucks but it's necessary. It doesn't look like you have much problem leaning out though.

    Hah, the same thing happened to me after years of using the tablespoon measurer. Now I just tare the scale with a spoon and scoop out the peanut butter with the spoon.

    I'm going to stay consistent until I'm out of pb. When that happens ill move away from my beloved the raw almonds and hazelnuts ect.

    If weight drops off, ill either add more carbs. Or double the amount of almonds or hazelnuts

    If I am truely off by that much my calories are at 3000 right now.

    I'm actually upping my calories my weight has been the same since Friday at 170.6. And Thursday it was 171.6.

    So cals are moving up to 2550. Cardio stay the same

    Cardio post workout has jus been more relaxing and been able to listen to my good tunes so I kinda zone out. Ppl catch my singing on there but whatever. After this week ill drop cardio almost completely and just do 2 days if hiit.

What I mean is do you know about how long you plan to go for, or an idea of how high your weight might get before dieting down some? With how lean you are now, I would think you'd keep at it for a while.

    I want another 10-12 lbs. I start te day after valentines day for my cut which is 6 weeks till the mets and 7 till ct

    Obviously that plan may change depending in how much fat I put on. But it seems to be not much at all.

    So this week my cals are a hit higher (which I believe them to be about 500 more then I'm recording due to my mishap w the tablespoons. )

    Bit keeping consisten and will see what happens when I finish the peanut butter and switch over to almonds and hazelnuts

    Carbs are right around 260-275 depending on fat intake

    Finally able to goto the bathroom!

    Today is legs again.

    Duno if ill go heavy bc my right ankle is feeling mad ****ed up by the growth plate

    Feel just a tad weak and wobbly

    Woke up starving!

    Today I haven't figured out my food but I think it'll be pork loin coconut oil and peanutbutter after I have my post workout carbs

    2 scoops of that then 2 scoops neuroprime. Honestly I felt stoned all day

    I have some samples of other sleep aids and I'm off all day tomorrow so I took pre bed:

    2 serving noxitropin
    1serving somnidren
    3 caps mass hgh
    500mg agmatine
    250mg l dopa

    I was 127 calories under today so I are a fried thing from the Chinese place that came or free with dinner. But only one. So I may be a tad over calories but with what I took today and the amount of volume I'm not to worried

    Agreed on feeling it from Day 1, which is just nuts.

    I like being sore from a workout, but ArA leaves me feeling like it was the first one after a year-long break...EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
