    So I spoke to my friend (very well know bber and goes to every show), don't want to disclose name. However he stated

    Conditioning was excellent
    Need size on : arms, delts, pecs.

    Different shorts.

    My X factor shipped today and so excited to start it

    Detox is comprised of:

    Gotu kola
    Dandelion
    Celery seed
    Burdock
    Kidney bladder support (UVA ursi marshmallow ect)

    I'm using immune support in it obviously

    I've been eating a can of pumpkin each night as superfood. As well as 2 tablespoon natural raw organic honey and cocoa powder

    I also started the alive multi which ill continue to use moving forward.

    Detox will stop by Monday

    I will restart my arimistane in probably a week from Monday BC the massive rx has dhea-s. so ill 100% need it. But my estrogen was crushed for the show.

    I used erase pro everyday last week and last few days I used 2-3 caps of it then stopped cold.

  8. Carb backloading allows me dinner with my family tonight and it was awesome

    3 cans potato
    3 tablespoon honey
    1 can pumpkin
    4g salt give or take
    2 teaspoon cinnamon
    Stevia to taste

    10oz chicken

    Chicken was on too of spinach.

    The potato and pumpkin were mashed together with almond milk about 30 cals worth. Didn't count it


    Today I did a leg workout. Was awesome. Finished on stair master for 20 minutes. Then treadmill I walked for 20.

    Workout:
    Front squats. 5-6 sets
    1 set back squats with light weight BC it's the exact exercise I herniated my disc on. But went super slow
    4 sets hack squats
    3 sets adduction
    4 sets leg ext
    3 set close stance heels touching machine press

    Trying to hit that outter and inner sweep same time felt like it was working went fairly light

    It'll be high for sure

    Weight is climbing 1-2 lbs since Monday


    Cals still at 2300. Keeping them there till gain stops


    I haven't really been going to the bathroom tho

    Almost done w the spinach. Going to tackle some broccoli tonight. Been having bathroom issues.

    Side note:

    Going back to the gym tonight for shoulders even tho they are sore.

    My uncle had a stent put in today. Unplanned stent. But planned angio

    Just really disappointed in some of the family stuff he's not doing properly. Him being a diabetic not eating right. It's carrying over to his eldest son. Who I need to really scare and put on track otherwise he will end up like my uncle

    Just breaks my heart to see a family member not care about his health and not say much about what his son is doing to his. It's a real disservice to their health.

    I know nothing I can do. But with holidays coming up and seeing them knowing what they eat everytime is goin to make me break and go crazy on thanksgiving

    26 fiber

    Cals a little over 2400. However.

    Can of potatos is 2.5 serving at 14g per serving.

    That makes it 35g carb. When scanned in its listed as 40 carb.

    15 carb discrepancy when using 3 cans. So I'm looking at -60 cals. So I'm going to fix tht

    Also had 2 sessions at gym
