    Chest/Back Hypertrophy Moderate Carb Day

    First off, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Surprisingly, I was able to get my workout in as planned with no interruptions. The gym was packed since it was only open for four hours today. I can give you my nutrition now because I do not celebrate Thanksgiving; no family in the area. Put up more reps today than last week.

    Lower Hypertrophy Moderate Carb Day

    Today's session was very good despite getting up early for work. My hammies felt so much better than last week. The hamstring part of the workout was much easier. I went up 10 pounds on squats this week.

    Day 19

    Weighed in at 154.8 yesterday, weight still going the wrong way. I raised my cals by 25 in carbs on moderate carb days. Improved a little on today's session. Seems like strength is going up in smaller increments now; I guess I can't complain since body weight and fat is down.

    Day 20

    Today's session was AMAZING, I absolutely killed it. It also killed me; I'm exhausted now.

    On a side note, I have been foam rolling my lats for the past week, I always have rolled post workout, but just started doing lats as of late. It is so damn painful! Also, when I was doing my RDL, I had this random guy I never saw before come up to me in between his set and mine. Turned out to be Dirty Dan! We established we went to the same gym a while ago. Pretty cool. He came up to me and asked if I was Ant, then he told me who he was. He killed it with his deadlifts!

    Barbell Bench

    150x12,10,7+2 rest pause

    I did not hit my goal of 8 on the last set. I think I burned myself out on the first set. Also, I tried suicide grip which threw me off. I used to bench that way, but recently went to conventional. I am going to go back to conventional. The take off is difficult with a suicide grip. Anyways, prior to the rest pause, I got 29 total reps and last week I got 28 total. So, an increase despite not hitting that 8. I think next week, I will go to 155 and just go for 3 sets of 8.

    Final Review

    D-Pol

    Formula - You get your daily dose of DAA with some nitrates, B vitamins, and Vitamin D. The amount of each is fully disclosed and not in a proprietary blend. 10/10

    Taste - Wow, just wow. The Lemon Custard tastes somewhere in between a lemon meringue pie, without excessive sweetness, and a key lime pie. Honestly, I looked forward to drinking this stuff. I wish there was a protein with this exact flavor, I would buy twenty pounds. 10/10

    Mixability - Pretty good. It was nice and smooth in a shaker No clumps, but sometimes there would be some extra particles at the bottom that needed extra water to consume. 9/10

    Cost - It is on par with other test boosters about $26-$30 for a months worth. Nothing out of the ordinary. 7/10

    Libido - Slightly up, nothing major, but also not something I was looking for out of the product. 8/10


    Condense

    Formula - A typical pre workout formula, but with nitrates and disclosures of the amount of each ingredient. The beta alanine is definitely there. I looked like I had lice the way I would scratch my head; especially with two scoops. 10/10

    Focus - Awesome. At one scoop, focus was improved. At two scoops, focus was through the roof. I am always pretty focused on my workouts, but this helped drain out all of the other stuff round me in the gym. 10/10

    Energy - I have a naturally high tolerance to stims, did not feel like I had any added energy or anything similar. However, I did not have these expectations either. 7/10

    Endurance - Workouts seemed easier than normal. Sometimes my muscles felt ready to go a little more quickly than they normally do. 9/10

    Pumps - Nothing short of great. Sometimes, they would hurt too damn much. 10/10

    Taste - I had the punch flavor. It tasted like a normal punch drink, but with a little bit of a chemical after taste to it. It wasn't that bad, but if that was eliminated, it would be very good. 8/10

    Mixability - Not bad, but could have been better. There were a lot of air bubbles after initially shaking it up. I had to let it sit for a minutes or so before taking it. 7/10

    Price - Not bad, around $.50 a serving if you go with one scoop which I think most people could get away with. 8/10

    The Stack

    Recovery - Pretty good, a little quicker than normal. Nothing extraordinarily great, but still an improvement. There was only one time I recovered more slowly. 8/10

    Strength - I lost 4.2 pounds, by accident. I was trying to go for a lean bulk, but my strength still went up. I'm not about strength increases, but they were more than what I expected. On hypertrophy days, my squat, bench, and seated presses went up by 10 pounds. I was surprised by those increases because I move so quickly. On my power days, bench and military pres went up 5 pounds. Pullups increased. Barbell row went up 10 pounds. Squat stayed the same, but went up by 6 total reps, I know I could have put up 5 to 1- more pounds. RDL went up by 15 pounds. Overall, not bad for someone who is a bodybuilder and who lost just short of 5 pounds. 9/10

    Body Composition - Now, this is what I was looking for. I am slightly more vascular, my waist is smaller, but my chest, arms, back, and legs look bigger. I have an extra vein in my lower abs. The separation between my lower and upper chest is very clear. My delts are more rounded. 10/10

    Overall - I would recommend both of these products if they were looking for a pre workout supplement or a testosterone booster. Not only did the products taste pretty good to awesome, delivery what they said they would, they also disclose the amount of the ingredients. Usually, I do not recommend pre workouts, but Condense gave me added focused and good endurance. D-Pol is worth it for the taste alone...but seriously, I do not think I would have added strength while lose 5 pounds. I also do not think my body composition would have increased like that in such a short time.

    Condense - 8/10
    D-Pol - 9/10
