    Legs kinda hurt? I did some Plyomtrics P90x on my Xbox 1 today just for fun because I used my Kinect to rate me and watch my heart rate. I was was a hella work out. Tho it was fun. It was free too so that made it even better.

    To be honest haven't really had a problem with libido. 11 years married and still have a good time weekly if not every other day. Tho I do wake up ready now.

    I notice vascularity increase, especially in the biceps. But I've always had decent veinage to begin with.

    My problem is I never really had a good vascularity in my arms. Not sure why?

  23. lol...heavy leg workouts are known to raise test levels substantially. maybe that gave you a boost in adrenaline...along with the dermacrine, of course!!!
