The gut isn't really moving that fast, but I'm seeing muscle bulk/size on the upper body. Def in the back as says the wife.
I have been getting compliments from people I know but don't really have a daily or weekly connection to.
I have noticed my legs aren't really doing much but legs have always grown slowly for me.
This is coming from the guy who see nothing but a fat slob in the mirror. Even when I was down to 212 lbs.

When the wife says it, that's when you know it's actually happening and isn't just your perception lol.

That looks interesting. Because of no stimulant. I like that. But first a PCT. Then DCP.

I only drop a low amount of calories when I cut. 500 max. Just focus on eating clean and a lot of various forms of cardio

nutra still has it for around $30...that's considerably cheaper than pp was selling it for 4 years ago, can't think of many things cheaper today than 4 years ago... at least not many that still have the same high quality. a lot of stuff has been watered down, but still sells for more money...dermacrine is still the same high quality product, for less money.

even though i am a rep, i can respect this!!!

You wouldn't need a 2 month PCT for it, 4 weeks would still be fine.

Yeah, you shouldn't have any issues using both of those together.

    YES and YES...

actually if you are liking dermacrine enough to run another bottle, i would wait til done with dermacrine and think about a formasurge/dcp 2.0 run after...dcp 2.0/formasurge would be fantastic for shedding unwanted fat pounds/estrogen water weight, imo. i shed water weight like crazy every single time i run formasurge or any formestane product. even though i have been using formestane products for many years, i am always amazed at results!!!

topical formestane is and has been at the top of my list for many years!!! and right now the price of formasurge, just like dermacrine can't be beat...fantastic prices, imho!!! plus dcp 2.0 is on sale too, lol.

You wouldn't run an OTC PCT for 4 weeks after a run with dermacrine?

but actually you got in before i ammended that part from my post, i was editing that out when you snuck in on me, lol....but, and this is just my opinion, i don't think pct is neccessary with dermacrine.

if it didn't already have ai's built in, i would suggest running it with an ai. but since it does...

Well when I'm done with it I can ring out my clothing if I wanted to. Haha. I'm prop going to do and finish my PCT. Then try a cut. I'm probably going to do a 2 month Dermacrine run around January and February.

2 months sounds good for dermacrine...maybe follow with a run of formasurge? not just saying this because i am a rep, but a formasurge/dcp 2.0 combo really looks nice!!!

already have supps for this month coming...but next month i am going with formasurge/dcp 2.0/vanillean!!!

nice updates. BigT has given very solid suggestions as always. With being a rep, I understand people think we are pimping the products but like BigT, even if i work for the company, I will flat out say I did not respond well to the product. Ive used all BPS products except Endosurge Turbo (which I will be using starting this week sometime). They all are pretty solid products.

I like the suggestion of running the forma after an 8 week run of dermacrine, but even if you don't use that I highly suggest running some sort of PCT protocol after it.

I've always been like that too. If I do a log and it really doesn't respond well with me I will say it I've, had some great products just not really work for me but work for friends of mine or even work for my wife better (fat burners). But I take all advise as given.

As with Dermacrine I've personal think I have responded well to it I have this last day (only 4 pumps and was empty) to have a workout on it. Then my PCT. I'm looking in to getting some BPS stuff to try again along with Dermacrine. But I think before my double run of Dermacrine I'm doing cut prob with formasurge/dcp 2.0. Because if I respond to them like I did with Dermacrine I will be happy.

    Sunday workout to follow.

By the way what is vanillean?

First off I want to thank you for a great log! It's been fun following along and I'm happy to see you have responded well with Dermacrine. Vanillean is a thermogenic fat burner.
