I don't experience dreams at all on G8, and like @wasme , mine are normally night terrors so that's a HUGE reason I'm so hooked on G8.

Night terrors suck. I had a buddy that got beat up regularly by his wife at night, because she has them bad.

See with some sleep aids I tried I had awful dreams...what's worse is not being able to wake yourself up.

A twenty minute long dream of someone slitting your throat while you are awake and not being able to snap out of it is pretty awful.

That is exactly what I get. (not the throat slitting - mine is more a presence around me, something bad about to happen). But my night terrors have a level of paralysis in them. And like you, I have tried some other products that make it worse because things become that much more vivid.

Last night's sleep session was uneventful. Slept like a brick again. 8 hours uninterrupted.
I have been waking up freezing in the mornings the past couple of days. I went to look at the thermostat and our house was 75 degrees. And I sweat all night long, but that has been going on for a couple of years.
I am about to down my G8 and get the kids to bed, then I am hitting the pillow also. I need to get up early tomorrow and get my workout in, because it is a long work day and I won't feel like it after work.

Thanks pal, but I didn't make it in the gym today. 13 hour work day, and I am beat. Tomorrow I have off, so I will be getting it done

G8 is making me feel great!
Slept great last night, still didn't want to get up this morning, but I got up at 0500 and headed to work.
No dreams that I can recall.
I did not wake up to pee either. I have been slacking on my water uptake though. I think I only got in just under a gallon today, and I ate 2 MRE's during work, and some breakfast for dinner. You don't want to know what the breakfast was, but be sure that I ate too many calories for having not worked out today.

G8 going down in about an hour

I am working on it. The norm for me is about 1.5-2 gallons a day, roughly. Also depending on my level of activity and how many supplements I am taking.

    Sleep last night:

I fell asleep within 20 minutes of drinking my G8. But I slept like shiit. I was coughing all night and blowing my nose often. I definitely feel like I have some upper lung involvement.

Anyways, I can't really gauge my sleep very well, other than I felt rather refreshed this morning. I slept in until 0700, which is like a weekend for me. My wife took our daughter to school and let me be due to my ridiculous coughing fits all night.

I just drank my G8 for tonight. I will be breaking from it for Friday and Saturday.

    G8 night!

Last night was about as perfect as it could have been. I slurped down my G8, and dove into bed like an olympian. I am pretty sure I was out within 5 minutes. I was still coughing most of the night, and I woke up with a sore throat an some shortness of breath. This cold weather isn't helping either.
No dreams that I can remember. No midnight pee sessions.
I woke up feeling pretty damn good, except my chest/head congestion and sore throat.

Seems like everyone is having coughing fits right now. Tis the season, I suppose.
Each MRE is about 1100 calories, sounds like you had a biiiiiiig day.

Keep pounding the water, it seems to help clear up my chest a lot of the time too. Hope you feel better. At least you have G8 to give you some good recovery sleep.

Seems like new symptoms pop up every damn day. Smashing some water down, but still not enough. I had a debilitating cramp in both Hamstrings during 'special time' with my wife today.

After 2 nights off of G8, I am more than excited to drink it tonight. I have to go in to work at 2000 to help out with sick call for all these damn Ranger Students that are going on Christmas block leave. I hope it doesn't take too long. I usually try to start laying down about that time.

I didn't get my G8 down last night because I didn't get home until after 0100. Tonight I took Nyquil because I feel like hammered asss. I don't know about mixing G8 with Nyquil, so I am not going to try it.

I will be going to the doc in the morning.

MAN, so I went to the doc today, and she basically confirmed what I had already diagnosed for myself. Sinus infection plus Bronchitis. I also had a chest Xray done to rule out Pneumonia, and it came back negative. I didn't think it was pneumonia anyways. But my throat is BAD, and this coughing and shortness of breath is not cool.

I am taking the nyquil again tonight, and we'll see how it goes tomorrow. I have plans to work out tomorrow, but if I feel like I do right now, no fukkin way.

I just slammed my scoop of G8. Man I missed that taste. I am looking forward to getting some goof sleep tonight. No nyquil because I think the worst is behind me, but then again I feel so great at this time of night. I hope this lasts through until the morning.
We have secured our temporary rental property, and we are paying the deposit tomorrow. I am going to try to work something out with the homeowner to let us start moving the bulk of our stuff into the house early. I don't know why they wouldn't, you know?

I am sure they will let you. As long as you don't live there early (perhaps insurance laws and so on?).

Well sounds like someone is going to get a good restful sleep tonight. Perhaps it will help knock the sh1t out of your deathly cold.

Well I slept like shiit. Well, that isn't entirely true, I slept good for the 45 minutes that I got, and it actually made a noticeable impact on my state of mind.
Up until about 0500 this morning, I had all but given up on sleep. My wife woke up and told me to sleep as little or as much as you can, and I did. Until 0600.
But something about her caring words soothed me into a coma.

I cannot properly evaluate last night's sleep with G8. There was definitely some other factors at play.

What I can say is that the G8 mellowed me out a bit and tasted phenomenal.
BUT, I was wide the heck awake from 2100-0500, lying there with my eyes shut, auditory hallucinations. Miserable. My haw hurts from the clenching and grinding.

You know what is a possibility? i may have taken either an Adderral or some other stimulant with my night time dosages. That would explain a lot.
I am doing the G8 again tonight, no sleep meds or nyquil, and I will be very careful about what I pile drive down my throat after 1500.

We'll get to the bottom of this. It occurred to me as well that quite possibly I was having a 'flashback (so they are called) from some naughty substances that I used back in the day.
    Weird.
@wasme suggested hydration and electrolytes, so I will take that advice and let you know how the day goes for SGT Reg's wellness mission.

    interesting..
I had me a night of "sleep" (rather lack thereof) myself the other night, same as you describe here, staring at ceiling for hours on end, maybe 30-45min sleep total at best

I honestly cannot remember if I took G8 or not however, as I been sporadic with that since I been sleeping all over the place and not in my own home ..
    been crazy times this way

    Strange strange.

Sometimes not even the best sleep aid in the known universe can get you to sleep if your mind is in overdrive.

Let's stay away from any type of extra stuff tonight and see how it goes drew. Also get those electrolytes in like @wasme suggested and try to do so before it's time to get in bed so you aren't up all night using the bathroom.

I honestly cannot remember if I took G8 or not however, as I been sporadic with that since I been sleeping all over the place and not in my own home ..
    been crazy times this way
You know, It could have been lots of stuff. The strange part is that I have been tired and sick, so I would have expected to sleep good. Too much on the brain.

Ok guys, the Christmas stress has resolved. The kids are happy, the wife is happy, and I am still sick.
But, I need to get back on the horse.
I am taking my G8 tonight, planning on sleeping good. In the morning I will push myself to slay some weights.
Hope everyone had a great Christmas!!

    You also, bro.

Get some rest. I know you could use the relaxation; especially before the move.

I only took 1/2 scoop of G8 last night. And I slept great!
No dreams, no waking up at all except the fact that I went to sleep in my room, and when I woke up my 5 year old was in my bed and I was in her bed.
Not quite sure how that happened. My wife said that she came in and laid next to me, and a bit later I got up and walked out.

On to tonight, going to bump it up to 3/4 scoop.

Last night I downed my 3/4 scoop of G8, and I didn't go to bed right away. Something clicked in my head, maybe a calmness, I don't know. But I felt GOOD, and motivated. And I got some work done. I packed the workout room/office, and most of the toy room. 2 hours later, I went to bed.

Slept amazingly well. No wake ups, no sleepwalking. I did, however, have some dreams. I dreamed that we went to a hotel/get-together/something with a lot of people that were waiting on something. The people there were all rich and snooty and were eyeballing us. And my 2 year old had a black eye (she bangs her head every hour on something) and my 5 year old had bruises all over her knees (she falls a lot). The people there were whispering and eyeballing. CRAZY DREAM.
But, it has meaning. And that meaning is:
Every time we go out to eat and I am in my military uniform, somehow my 2 year old is sporting a contusion on her head, or a lump, or a black eye. And most times we go to pay our check and someone has already payed the bill.
I am sure that they are being grateful for my service, but I sometimes ponder whether they feel sorry for us or feel bad for the kids or whatever.

    Don't judge me.

Sticking with 3/4 scoop again tonight.
