    One thing I've been noticing is a hardening of muscles and a fullness to my muscles. Feel good overall and energetic.

    Meet prep deads Dead- bar. 135x7. 225x3,3,3,3 Focus on form, set up, grip, etc. Still don't like over/under I can't ever get square on the bar consistently. Did some light abs, back extension, Chin ups-15,15 Mobility/stretch session.

    Really? Well I've never tried any other grip really. Just started with over under and always have stayed with that.

    Today I went 3/3 on both. Bench 290-315-325 and dead 500-550-585. Vids later as I get them from people. Got lots. Both weights felt good 585 was def the worst though. 3rd bench in 198, 1st deadlift 198, best overall deadlift for all "lightweights"

    Weight was 194.6

    Awesome experience. Ripped the hell out of my hands and shin but no where near dropping it. Following commands was the toughest part.

    Absolutely. Really excited to see what kind of numbers I reach this coming year. Still confused on where the extra weight came from because I can't really grow into 198 as I'm basically there. Probably gona clean up diet over the next few months and trickle back to ~190 plus whatever muscle I gain. Basically recomp.

    Excited to do another meet but also wana train more first. Can't decide if I should hit one end if feb or not.

    Well guys finals are over so I will be back to normal updates. I definitely feel like I have experience some strength gains and overall increase in test. I feel good, recovery is good, had an awesome performance at my meet, a confident, positive attitude all the time. The caps are easy to take and no issues w/ anything with them. So sides, nothing.     Felt good and halfway through my workout got really fatigued. Like. Yawning/falling asleep. No energy or strength. I got my work in though. Stayed lighter today. Hammer down next week. Body weight 195 Bench- warm up good. 225x5, 245x7, 265x4 (left some in tank) 245x7 Uh bench-135x10,12,12 Pull up 45x7. Chin up 45x10. Pull-up BWx10. Chin up BW x 10 Db skulls 35x10 Helped my buddy w his deadlift and got him hitting over his max with ease. I think I was off a little bit being on a different bench as well. Weight felt light but I was fatiguing during the sets fast. Didn't eat much today so I may have just been low on energy.

    Well I took the last caps of the Endosurge yesterday. I have to say I really enjoyed the bottle. Good stuff happened while I was on, so it definitely can't hurt! Final review etc will be up in a bit. Do you guys have a certain format or things you want to see or hear about? I didn't see anything on the promo page but might be missing it.

    During my run of endosurge, my Libido was definitely a positive. It's always high but I feel like it was definitely boosted. I would give it a 10/10

    I had solid sleep and several dreams which is really unusual for me during this run. I always woke refreshed and feeling on top of things.

    I had a good outlook at the gym and about myself while taking Endosurge. I felt confident in myself and my lifts, and I had a really positive feeling for the future. I felt strong and good and felt that I gained strength well during the run. I set a 35lb DL PR (585) and a 10 pound bench PR (325) and several rep PRs on deads bench and squats, and gained a good amount of strength. Overall I enjoyed Endosurge Turbo and would probably use it again as a test booster or solo/along with another product.

    I'd like to thank BPS for the opportunity to log Endosurge and for all the advice and help and support they gave me with the product and my training. A great company and a great bunch of guys working as reps here on AM.
