That was my pwo meal only. Not normal for me but I also knew I had to rake up 2,777,457,743 leaves in a little bit. Diet for the rest of the day was a quest bar, some almonds, and whole wheat, ground turkey meat spaghetti with milk for dinner.

I had such crazy leg DOMS I actually had to take yesterday off of training. Deadlifting in a few hours.

Scoop of Endurance to endure some deadlifts. Got it all chugged down by second deadlift set. Was all warm and fuzzy feeling. I feel like I didn't do much but I guess I did. Starting to lift heavyish weight finally. Recovered pretty quickly from each set.

Happened to find some Volatile in my sample packet stash, so Formutech stack time! Took 1 scoop Volatile and 1 scoop Endurance. I noticed the flavoring undertones of volatile are similar to endurance. They have some of the same ingredients as well. You get closer to the "full dosage" of some things. Anyway it was a good day although bench press is my worst lift. Got my chesticles all pumped up while being nice and vascular. Its pretty cold in my basement but I got warmed up nice and quick from these supps. Great recovery and I'm not sore the next day. Pretty good products when you stack them.

Solid training today. Got my endurance all chugged down before first working set. I'm sure this is the way I like to take it best. Great energy and recovery, my wife actually complained I was taking to long so I had to wrap it up.

Late training for me last night. Had tons of good energy and was nice and warmed up quick. Really powered up the last main set. Chins were strong too, they were superset with press warmups and main set. Got a meal, lifted 3 hours later, and got my endurance all chugged down by end of warmups.

Bench pressed the day before no supps just to get it in.

    Yesterday:
Im pretty sure the CoP was kicking hard, I had lots of stamina even though I was training super late. Great session, rear delts were pumped from all the rows. Still love that orange flavor. It also doesn't stain your shaker! I had a buddy that used some orange BCAA, or preworkout, dont know what, and it really stained up his shaker.

Yes. Hit medial delts harder and with more weight than a traditional lateral raise. Is it better than a strict press or btn press? I don't know but they are fun and hit it in a different way.

I absolutely love the inclsion of COP and BA in Endurance, it makes all the difference in the world, IMO. Especially after a few weeks of regular use (BA especially has a cumulative effect) you can really feel the difference! You continue to impress with those dips at 243! Bad ass!

Damn, nice PR on the Deads. Volatile and Endurance are a nice combo for sure. I'm feelin' the CoP too, first time using, really seems to buffer the lactic acid effect. I can squeeze in an extra rep or 2 I feel like..

MN peak beta + I responded well. Take for instance OHP, I noticed a big difference in the work I was able to do.

The orange is my favorite. Melon is really good, but I love orange.

Nice weight, 243 lbs. I have been bulking since August and finally broke 240 lbs. Soon I will have to start my cut hoping to hold into some really good weight this season.

I think they're both equally delicious. I must have been waay bloated because I weighed in at 237.5 @ the gym.

As far as my body comp I'm 6'3" and around 19% bf. So I have some work to do from aesthetics standpoint.

Awesome endurance tonight even though I trained with major freaking intensity. Continuing to just chug endurance during warmup sets. Yummy and beneficial!

    Juggernaut intensification phase
    5s wave

    Deadlift over under
    135x5 225x5 315x1/1/1 405x1
    Belt on 455x1 500xmiss
Could've been a grinder but let it go. Need to focus on real training.

    Deadlift, no belt, double overhand
    315x2 365x2 versa gripps on 390x5/5/5/5 brutal

    RDL 225x8
    Sldl 225x8/8

    DB side bends
    75x12/12/12

I think I would have gotten 500 if I was a little fresher. I just pulled 495 on Thursday after all. My RDL turned into SLDL so I just went with it. Gym weight was 237.5. Must have been super bloated when I hit 243 the other day. I've restructured my nutrient timing to eating every three hours, so that may be why.

Great work on those deads dude! Make sure you watch your salt and sugar if you're getting bloated like that and up your water intake. Its likely water retention since I'd doubt you were holding 6 extra lbs of poop. Lol

That sounds right. All the Thanksgiving sweets followed by Mexican food pre training...

    Great training, huge stamina.

    Juggernaut intensification phase
    5s wave

    Strict Press
    100x2 120x2 130x5/5/5/7

    Superset with underhand chin ups
    4/3/4/3/4/3/4/4/3/3

    Dips @gym weight 239
    10/10/10/6
    Tricep pushdown
    70x25/21/20
Then isometric holds @150 and then 100

    DB press
25x10 20x13/14/14 + iso holds on last two sets

Reverse pec dec for rear delts
    50x20/12/12

So yeah, kind of decided to destroy delts and tris with volume. Luckily endurance made it easy.

High volume work is where Endurance is meant to shine! the Beta Alanine and creatinol-o-phosphate are lactic acid buffers, so it stalls the immobilizing burn for a few more reps. That's where it's at, turn up the VOLUME!

So how does this honestly compare with other similar products you have used?

Its obvious this product has ingredients others don't, so it can easily outperform the others. Flavor is on point, I've had bcaas that taste awful. Endurance tastes as good as xtend. Endurance has instant gratification in that you feel the beta alanine, and again with the CoP and the ability to keep pumping out reps. Stacks really great with many preworkouts it you could honestly use Endurance as a preworkout, add some caffeine and you're set. Endurance is a top contender for sure.
