Sup guys, Saiyan here with a wonderful new log on BPS Dermacrine!

Would like to first thank Reggie for the opportunity as I've been interested in a transdermal for quite some time!

So I got this in the mail really quickly (+1 for fast shipping)

Typical bro split but lowering number of exercises and just raising intensity on 2-4 per group.

I always eat moderately well, but around 2.8-3k for maintenance so I'll be adding a couple hundred more for some gains.

First application went well

Took a shower then applied 4 pumps and spread evenly with a piece of plastic

Slight odor but it isn't offensive, just a very faint almost cough drop smell

Its topical DHEA+Pregnenolone (+other goodies), I most often see it used as a test base for PH cycles. But, it can be used alone for a mild cycle as well.
2 reasons why I chose not to use it as a base

1. I wouldn't know (more literally feel) the difference of a cycle with a test base vs one without. So I couldn't really add my .02 which seemed pointless

2. I don't want to wait to acquire the items, it'd be late next week before I had everything I need.

3rd application went smoothly.

It almost feels like the areas I am applying are feeling a little fuller, probably just placebo or maybe light reflecting off the gel.

My brother does this too
I think it's the best method personally, resting is about getting more oxygen and in turn energy (respiration). This keeps things a little more regulated since the rests grow longer the further into my workout I go, but again this is what I found works best for me.

I rest until I feel prepared for the next set, depending on the rep range + weight depends on how long I rest.

Sometimes it could be 5-10 minutes, or as little as 45 seconds.

You'd be surprised how long 10 deep breaths could take lol

Not 10 minutes but this works for my hypertrophy training. When I did Smolov jr I threw out the breaths and would take forever since I don't have a spotter.

Feeling some strength gains already, maybe it's just a little added aggression but either way. On those flat db's I got 8, said f*ck that. Got 12, said f*ck that again and just kept going.

Pushing carts up an incline for 4 hours can really be a bummer, and here I thought being a cashier would mean doing cashier stuff

Well my best bud got promoted to GM where he works, cool gig and he now lives expense free. That being said I of course helped him move some stuff today and will continue to do so. Just got home and I'm beat, guess I'll do 2 workouts tomorrow since I already told my friend we are doing quads at 6

Some guy pissed me off at the end, was curling right next to my squat rack for no reason. If you would see the layout of this gym you would understand why he had no reason to be there. So to make him leave I just left the 135 on it and curled it up and put it on the top notch of the squat rack.

Now doing seated leg curls

Lastly gonna do some backward hack squats

This apparently prime piece of real estate was directly in front of the largest window I have seen in my 20 years. To top it off the 3 o'clock Texas winter sun was pouring in. I had to turn around the light was so blinding. But oh no, Johnny Tryhard couldn't be happier lifting his 30 lb ez curl bar while silently singing what I think was Miley Cyrus
