    Noticed a little shoulder discomfort starting yesterday I wonder if it's from the arimistane in the M1D oh well time to start taking Achilles again I'm running low though I might try formatechs flexible to see how that works.

    Or maybe someone can chime in if there is a proper dose of cissus in the M1D caps that will be enough on its own.

    I mixed things up a bit today wasnt feeling DL's today so i did more a traditional back and by workout. arms had a nice pump which felt good focusing on them a little more then normal.

    Lat Pulldown- 135x5, 150x5, 165x5, 180x5, 195x5
    DB Row- 70x8, 80x8, 95x8, 100x8
    Reverse fly machine 40x15 2x
    DB Curl- 30x5, 35x5, 40x5, 40x5, 45x5
    incline curl- 25x8, 30x8 3x
    Single arm machine preacher- 35x15 2x

    Was a nice little change from my normal routine which can get boring very fast when only a three day split, it can work as a pseudo rest day also.

    I might have to do some cardio today I have the urge to get a good sweat on and gives me an excuse to go to the gym for legs over the weekend an keep my motivation going.

    I guess I am different as I actually enjoy my cardio most of the time. I have a set up where my lap top is on my exercise bike and other than being a little sore on the bum I enjoy reading the boards and articles while I pedal away. I also enjoy walking with a little running sprinkled in here and there, too much and my knees scream. I also enjoy the feeling I have after cardio.

    So I added in the final component today let the party begin. I took my liquid M1D upon waking then the capsule about 15 mins later and the 1-Andro one hour after waking. Should I space them out more or is that cool?

    I wasn't able to make the gym for leg day so I did a few body weight squat and lunge circuits as to not waste the day.

    So far no negative sides other then the shoulder pain which is gone after a couple days of cissus. My current weight is 191 so that's another 3lbs from last week. Hope the keep coming.

    I wasn't feeling that great last night for my push day and my shoulders were achy. I decided to add a few more sets of bench in place of shoulder press working from 135 up to 225 in 10lb increments a bulk of my sets were only 4-5 reps and I only put 225 up three times here is the rest.
    DB incline- 65x15 2x
    Pec dec- 65x8, 80x8, 65x8 2x
    Dip machine- 125x15, 171x12 2x
    Tricep press- 105x15, 120x12 2x
    Overhead tri ext- 40x12, 45x8 50x5 2x

    I added in skittle extra tricep work to make up for fewer presses they burn goo today. I also felt pretty pumped after so I snapped a pic call it my midway progress shot

    Wasn't the best week last week besides having to much fun on the holidays everyone in my house is sick, I am going to try and push through today and get a good workout in. Will report back with results and current weight.

    As far as your dosing that is perfect. Sometimes I wait 30 minutes sometimes 10 sometimes and hour, really work them around your schedule not your schedule around them. This time of year with so much going on making sure you get all your doses by the end of the day is really the most important thing.

    This week is not going as planned, I can't shake this sickness my head feels like its in a vise and a hacking cough. Needless to say I haven't been able to hit the gym I am hoping for tomorrow weight is still around 188 hope I hit the 190 mark by the end that will make me a happy man.

    Well this week was a complete wash still have two more weeks ahead of me before PCT just need to make the most of them.

    I finished the 1-Andro today which was a perfect 4 weeks.

    How does the Form-X compare to Rev PCT is the dose similar to one or two caps? I also have to stoked and hghpro from AI that I might add into the mix.

    Form-x at two servings would be about equal to one cap of Rev PCT when it comes to the arimistane content. The similarity between the two pretty much ends there.

    I have to say lethargy has definitely set in I'm finding it hard to get back in the gym after being sick. My wife has been getting home late from work and after dinner all I want to do is hit the couch up. Dosing has been going well otherwise no other sides to report I hope I can get my workouts in this week and power through the rest of this cycle I need a new Preworkout though straight caffeine is not cutting it.

    I too have hit a wall of sorts energy wise. I think it is this time of year, the weather, the hustle and bustle and my new 6 day work week. I am ready for a rest myself.

    Well yesterday finished off my liquid M1D, even with my time off I was still able to keep my weight at 188.

    I was able to get a shoulder and arm workout in this week and my energy is coming back so this week I'll be back on my normal routine.

    Well I was back at it last night for a good chest and tri workout, I'm switch it up a little more towards a body part split then push pull. Still going to keep the same rep ranges with 4 movements so I'll have 5x5, 4x8, 3x10, and 2x15. My bench numbers slipped a little I was only able to get 225x3 I did two sets of that.

    I mad going to up the dose of M1D to 4 caps a day with will give me one full week of my cycle then on to PCT, this way I can finish up before the holidays and I don't have another slip up and maybe squeak out a few more lbs while on.

    My pull/back workout went well I didn't go as heavy as I would have liked because I couldn't find one of my straps but the weight did feel pretty light, DL I finished with 225x5 and it was pretty easy other than my grip. For Bis I added hammer curls to my straight bar and incline curls. Had a nice pump and arms looked vascular after I was done.

    I'm still floating the scale at 188 I have a Christmas party tonight and am going to Atlantic City today for lunch so I'll have to down some extra calories.

    Did my last workout yesterday some shoulders it went really well now time for PCT, with will include form x 3 times a day as well as 3g of DAA and some HGHpro at night for a little better sleep and the L-dopa.

    I finished at 190lbs and will be back with some updates throughout the next four weeks as well as my final pics and review.

    Weight is still sitting around 185 so a nice 5lb increase with about another week and a half to go. I think the holidays hurt me a bit with not hitting the weights much still happy to get past the my weight plateau though.
