Sneaked a shoulder work out in today to keep my sanity as I'm preparing for these last two classes to end.
pre- 3/4 scp GD + 3g Na DAA + 5g Fermented Leucine + 4 caps Finaflex Max Pump
Intra- 1 sample pack of 360 Cut's intra
Seated shoulder press- 135 x10; 185 x5,5; drop set 135 x10
DB lateral raise- 30's x10, 10, 10

Got there a little later than I had intended. I was in and out of the gym in less than 30 mins.
Felt pretty good on the presses today. At the start of the log I was at 185 x3 and since have added a couple reps for a couple of sets. I didn't look through all of my posts, but I've been trying to get my BB shoulder press up to 225 for a couple of reps. Intensity was up since I was in so much of a rush to get it in before I had to go home and get ready for work, but I still managed to knock out two sets of 5 reps on the presses with no spotter. The raises were feeling extra good today. Had a nice pump going and was feeling full. I felt like I was getting a better contraction than usual on these today. All in all not disappointed in the numbers at all considering how pressed for time I was. I think I'm a littler further a head on my studies at this point than I thought I would be, so if I keep it up and am feeling fairly confident tomorrow I may try and sneak another leg work out in.
I think for the rest of the log, at least while fasted, I'm switching from ECa to YC at a 17.5Y+300mg C dose (caffeine may vary). Only a couple of more days of the Na DAA until it is also out. The end of the log is unfortunately quickly approaching.
Now... back to that study grind and finishing my last meal.

Hit some back today after my Exercise Physiology final was over. By far the best course and instructor I've had this far in college. Luckily I have him again next semester for a Strength and Conditioning course.

All in all not to bad. I was kind of up and down with intensity throughout the work out, just out of sheer mental exhaustion from studies/having just taken the final, but still felt pretty good about it. Not really a fan of the T-bar row machine as it is angled awkwardly for me and the chest pad can severely constrict my breathing, but it was decent to get the blood flowing. Really just focused on contractions today and getting a good pump going which worked out pretty well. Actually had a guy approach me and tell me how lean I'm looking and ask what I've been doing. Had some pretty solid vascularity going throughout the work out.
I'm really liking IF and will stick with it once this log is over and start a slow bulk, but I won't hit it as hard. The GF isn't always the biggest fan, and I haven't been able to take her out much lately. To be fair we both work 3 jobs on top of going to school though so we typically don't see each other until late anyways. One more final come Monday and then I'm ready for some solid work outs for the next month as I will have a lot more free time with less responsibility.

We have a supported t bar row machine at my gym.......I hate it for that exact same reason. Feels like my rib cage is going to collapse when using it.

Anyways.. Na DAA ended yesterday. Would run again, especially only being $6-7 a tub. Only a few days left of the run and there are some undeniable body composition effects I've had. Will post before/after shots once the Nolvadren is officially done. I did just open a new bottle of Forskolin 95 though, so that will extend around a week over the Nolvadren probably. This is something I'd definitely run again, but I have two sealed bottles of Prometheus Rising that I need to tap into before too long and they'll be first. Had a couple of quick work outs I didn't log, but nothing special and I don't remember the numbers so I'm not going to write them out. Mainly just study breaks for peace of mind.
On that note classes ended at 1:25pm today. Now I have about a month off.

Only worked 5 hrs today and then I was off with no school and no responsibilites. Life is good. lol Currently watching my 3rd movie of the day (Prometheus [following Resident Evil: Retribution and Underworld: Awakening]). Since I had pretty much as much time as I wanted I took my time going to the gym and then doing as much volume I wanted to at the gym, which is a nice change of pace especially when I can hit legs.

Was training today a little over 24 hours fasted minus some stims and aminos. Was feeling pretty strong considering that. Tonight the emphasis was just getting some volume in. I can still tell my right knee is weakened from getting hit back in May. Occasionally it will start to buckle in on the squats. Got all my calories in within 2 hours of lifting and was actually wanting more. lol

Had two sets of curls and a set of abs thrown in and all-in-all only took me about 25 minutes to get in and out today. My muscles were looking/feeling very full today. I think I prefer eating all my calories in <2 hours like last time versus spreading them out over the typical 4-6 hours. Sitting there last night my vascularity after eating kept increasing to the point it looked like I had just finished an arm work out. I was hoping for 225 x5 on the close-grip, but wasn't using a spotter, and knew I wasn't getting that last rep to lock out on my own.
Weighed in this morning at 183lbs, which is light, but I'm also the leanest I've ever been and at the same time some of the strongest. I'm not putting up quite as much as I was pre-wreck, but I was also 205-210lbs then compared to the 183lbs now. I'm getting the same numbers as I was then, but just not as many reps, with the exception being squats and my right knee still being somewhat weak. Only a few days left and ever intention of finishing out strong.

Sounds like you need some more bulk for your bulk? Are you going to try to stay lean during this transition? Or what is your plan for getting back up over 200?

Not a bad work out, but could've gone a little better. Had just a nudge on the last part of the second rep, but I was also around 20 hours fasted coming off a low cal/carb day. People at my gym are dumb and took the carabiner off of one of the cables so I had to attempt to awkwardly hold the cables to do my flyes. Other than that my work out went awesome. Felt pretty good and strong once I started. Not some of my best numbers, but it'll do.
Eating for me has almost become a race now once I finish lifting. Usually I get all my cals in for the day within about 2 hours of lifting. I think I have until the 24th or 25th till I'm officially done and take my "after" pic and throw up the before pic. It probably won't get posted until a day or two after when I get the chance.

Man, that happens too often. I have gotten into the habit of bringing several carabiners to the gym. Where do they go?? Who knows. There is a drawer full of carabiners in someone's home

My legs hadn't felt that strong since before the accident. Was getting considerably lower than parallel and at least a couple of reps each set were "hams to heels", which is as low as my body will allow me to mechanically go. I had less than an hour to lift by the time I got there though unfortunately. The rack pulls felt good. My hams were dead after hitting them with back last week, so I figured I'd try out some stiff legs with it, and for the first time in a while I was really feeling it. Off all day on Thursday, so I should be back in the gym and killin' it. Hopefully with my gf and/or a friend.
Tomorrow there will be feasting and GDA+agmatine dosed prior to eating. lol

Felt pretty good and strong throughout the work out. Had to keep messing around to waste some time at the start to get to the rack because of some kids that ended up standing in near the power and squat racks for nearly an hour talking. Finally I got the power rack and was able to do some rack pulls. I was hoping for a little more, but with the lighter weights and squeezing I'd started developing a decent pump, especially in my forearms and upper back. Work out got cut a little short, but overall I was pretty satisfied.
Today I took my last two caps of Nolvadren XT. At some point hopefully tomorrow, if I can find time around working, I'll update with some final thoughts and I've already got some final progress pics that I will post.

All in all I was extremely satisfied in my progress over the span of the log. I'd ran Nolvadren XT + PR-XT last fall at the beginning of my last real bulking phase, but this time around with the incorporation of the Forskolin 95 and the Na Daa I must say I was liking a lot more. Originally PR-XT was supposed to contain Daa in the formula, but with all the RK drama that was going on MAN decided to leave it out. The forskolin also would have been an nice addition to the formula, but the 95% forskolin wasn't even around at that point I believe so it was obviously not an option. lol
I think my favorite part of this log was the PR-XT. I felt really lean, hard and strong, throughout the entire PR-XT run. The Na Daa, Forskolin and Nolvadren all were still being utilized daily after the second bottle of PR-XT was out, but I felt as though after the PR-XT was tapped out that my gains had slowed down some. Whenever I run PR-XT/Nolvadren XT from now on Na Daa will definitely be incorporated though.
Ending out the log I'd only lost 3lbs, but I had undeniable changes in body composition and strength. My waist was down 2.5", and that wasn't even start to finish because it didn't occur to me to take a waist measurement until 1-2 weeks into the log. There was only one point 2-3 weeks in where I made any significant changes in my diet (cut down fat intake), and I did almost no cardio during the log outside of 5mins before some work outs to get the blood flowing. Other than the warm ups I'd only done cardio maybe 4-5 times total. At the end of the log during week 9 I also cut out the Kroger Carb Master yogurt I was eating, which is about 90kcals. All in all very little caloric changes, along with very little cardio, so diet and exercise alone can't be the sole cause of my body composition changes. Strength had also went up even though I'd lost some weight and made no real changes to my work outs. I got just what I wanted to out of this stack, but it was even more than I would have originally anticipated.
