A few days late into starting this, so time to stop monkeying around.

Diet: Carb back loading with 3500-4200 calories, but some occasional low 2000-3000 cal days depending on situation.

Training: 5-6 day split; Powerlifting/high volume

Additional Supps: PN All-In, Peptopro, Whey, PN Carboslin, Swanson Immune Essentials, X-Gels(hate to be running multiple products like this, but its just how things have come to be. I will do my best to avoid conflictions).

I'm about 5 days into Alpha-Max. Effects so far; on and off sore joints, slight libido increase and possibly not related but, loss of appetite.

Welcome aboard Ape McGrapes, awesome title btw...haha

Looks like a solid list of supporting supps. I'm curious to see how coupling AlphaMax with a staggered carb plan works out for you. Staggered carb plans have worked very well for me when it comes to cutting and general body recomp. Glad you were able to get this up in time, looking forward to the next update.

Things have been very hectic on this end for sure. 12 hour work shifts, 6 days a week leaves little in the way of training at 10pm. That being said, I am making due and will soon be back to a therough high volume workout.

Thursday 10/31: Shoulders; got in and got out real quick.
Standing overhead BB Press: 5,3,1
5x135lbs

1x160lbs

Seated behind head press: 2x12
8x90lbs
12x70lbs

Lateral raises: 2x12
2x12@15lbs

Saturday 11/2/13: Dynamic Chest+Legs, Deadlifts

Bench Press(alternating standard, close, wide grips) 10x3@75% of 1RM, 165lbs; 45s rest

Pause squats: 10x3@65% of 1RM, 160lbs; 45s rest

Deadlifting off of a small plat form: 8,5,3,1

8x215lbs
5x235lbs
3x255lbs
1x275lbs

The benching was pretty easy. No complaints there. By the 7th set of pause squats, I stopped pausing. These get pretty tireding. The dead lifts I started with 3 weeks pulling off the rack, and this platform is a few inches lower than that. In about 2 weeks I will be pulling off the floor. I've always had trouble with pulling from the ground and this was my only thought to fix that.

Alphamax: Aggression is definitely up in a bad way, libido is up, but not erection quality. Slight acne increase, and appetite still seems to be lowered. All this could be situational though.

No national Bench day yesterday, do to personal issues. I'll have a big session to fill tonight; Chest, Back, Legs. This week and last are the first times in 14 weeks I've had to deviate from my 6 day split.

Late but in! Thanks for getting this back on track. I know how hectic life can get, good to see you Pushing through and being ready to slam some weights. Looking forward to your thoughts on fitmax as well. Noticing any leaning from the alphamax?

On my bulk there's no chance I'll see any leaning. I'm up about 12-15lbs from August, but stalling hard. Working out a plan to get my calories higher, and keep em there.

Life wise; its 12 jour shifts, and fighting at home. For a minute yesterday, I was pretty much kicked out. Over BS really. Here's where Alpha-Max may have effected my temper a little. Things are a little better today.

One day at a time man. There was a point where I moved out for two months before my wife and I got married. Wee now couldn't be happier together.

Wednesday: Legs; This is from my actual workout that I've been deviated from the last 2 weeks.

Back Squat: 20, 5, 5, 3, 3, 1, 1, 1, 10 - hit 240lbs(ATG) for my 1RM
Dead Squat: 6, 4, 2, 8 - Don't remember my numbers here
One leg-leg press: 3x12@195lbs

Strength seems to be climbing, and size might be shinning through my plateau. Can't help but think Alpha-Max is playing a part.

Want to wait till I try 2 scoops to get the Fit Max review up.

T Bar Row: 10, 8, 6, 4
Incline Dumbell: 3x12

Hit 235lbs for my IRM on Bench. Hit 160lbs for my 4 rep T Bar Row.

Alphamax is treating me well. Increased sexual arousal, increased strength, and my hunger that seemed to be suppressed at first is now slightly up. I don't get as full at my meals as I was. Some reverse tollerance. Size is moving up too. Joints feel fine 90% of the time.

Legs tonight.

I'll finally have my Fit-Max review up tonight. I've used it at 1 scoop, 2 scoops, stacked, at night, in the morning etc...

The lack of updates in these Alphamax logs have been kinda disappointing. Haven't really got anything out of them. I decided to unsub to these logs and started my Alphamax/Fitmax run instead to see what it can do.

Sure, I'll try to put up a review when I'm done. I'm on day 3, so not much to report yet with Alphamax. Done 2 workouts with Fitmax though and really like the nice energy I get with 1 scoop. It's seems to be enough to get me thru my workouts.
