AppNut Uncut mini log by FL3X!
Thanks a lot to @AppNutJeff for giving me a chance to trial Uncut!
I received a 25 count trial bottle of Uncut yesterday evening after the gym, and today was my first experience with it.
Today I popped 2 caps about 20 minutes pre workout and hit back and bi's.
I skipped out on all other supplements to try and get a feel of what was doing what.
After 15 minutes, I started my drive to the gym and I could feel the energy boost. I don't usually use caps for pre workout energy so I wasn't sure how long it would take to feel it.
I'll keep this short and sweet as for my workout details.
Bent over DB rows, hammer strength preacher curls, close grip lat pulldowns, seated reverse grip cable rows, standing alternating DB curls, ab machine, and some high rep cable curls with a rope attachment to end things.
It's natural to remain skeptical since it is my first ever dose, so I won't blow smoke up anyone's ass or anything but I did feel I was able to bust out an extra rep or two with bent over rows and preacher curls!

I'm tuned in my man, looking forward to your thoughts on Uncut, caps will take a bit longer to hit you than powders so you may have to play with the timing to see what works best for you.

Awesome, I think two caps will do me just fine then!
Can't imagine going with 3 but I'm sure I'm going to end up trying it lol.

yeah two is my sweet spot as well, we do have a lot of people using three caps and love the effect, it's just a bit too much for me. depending on your stiim tolerance at your bodyweight I'm sure you could handle 3.

I've got an update from my last workout coming, and hitting chest and triceps today in a little bit!
Might try 3 caps...hmmmmmm

Well two workouts ago was supposed to be leg day but I seem to have awoken an old injury.
A couple years ago I was doing weighted lunges and my right knee popped. Terrible pain behind my right knee cap, spent the whole year working around it until I was able to do a body weight squat to parallel. It now appears that I've bothered my knee again somehow and can barely walk up a step.
So anyways, I hit shoulders a little with 2 caps of Uncut, then hit abs and was able to do some half ass leg extensions with low weight for high reps. My session lasted 45 minutes and I still had enough juice left over to hit the bike for 20 minutes.
The gf got a good picture of me doing 405 lbs for shrugs. I looked pretty damn good so I'll see if I can find it lol.

And just for Jeff, my last workout I popped 3 caps of Uncut for chest and tricep day!
There was no wondering "hey I think I feel the energy."
I knew exactly when it kicked in lol.
Started off with flat bench. On cycle I was able to press 300 for 6, but then in pct my joints weren't holding up. I got 285x5 last week but since I don't want any injuries I've been sticking with lighter weights.
I was able to hit 225 for 14, probably could have reached 16 if I was trying to go to failure.
Then I did incline smith press, hammer strength tricep pressdowns (new record, I'll discuss below), angle bar tricep pressdowns, reverse grip pressdowns, and high pulley cable cross (2 sets 40 reps) for chest.
My hammer strength tricep pressdowns had me pretty surprised, and I think I even surprised some of the younger dudes there lol.
Last week, before this log started, I managed 270 for 11 reps, which was a new personal best.
This last session with 3 caps of Uncut, I was repping 270 easy so I went up to 305 and pumped out 6 solid reps and 1 cheat rep.
I'm pretty stoked about that

I think I might stick with 3.
I wasn't overly stimulated and I think I'm getting a good amount of higenamine with 3 caps.
We'll see if my strength keeps going up.

Great work so far! Sub'd man.
Yeah Uncut is more of a smooth longer lasting energy vs a kick in the butt.

Got a nice shoulder workout on 3 caps Monday.
Since I still can't do any overhead pressing motions from my wakeboarding injury, I compensate with killing the hell out of all variations of raises lol.
Standing bar raises
Shrugs (repping 405 again, feels good!)
Bent over side raises (managed to use the 60 lb DB's again)
Seated side raises
Standing barbell front raises
Cable side raises
Cable rear delt with high pulley
Was sweating pretty good after that and ready for more! So I did 4 sets of cable crunches.
Starting to think 3 caps is DEFINITELY the sweet spot for me.

My apologies guys. I have been freaking OUT with a nasty cold or flu or some crap since Sunday. I haven't left my home once since my symptoms came on, just been wrapped up and overdosing on medicine trying to get better. I'm a little better today and going stir crazy so I might try and mask my symptoms with another 3 cap serving of Uncut later this evening and see if I can get my butt in the gym.
Funny thing is my gf lives with me and she hasn't even sniffled once, she feels perfectly fine. My symptoms started as what felt like over training, so I started stuffing my face with food and got 12 hours of sleep Sunday night in hopes that it would pass.
So I'm thinking that I pushed my CNS into over training and caught a slight cold at the same time, and now here I am completely wiped out!!!
