First off, thanks to all of the iforce reps for giving me this opportunity to log their products!! This company has been around for a while, and their products have always been top notch!
I've been out of the gym now for about 6-8 weeks. October was a 30 day shutdown @ the plant, and the 2 weeks prior to that was trying to get this house ready for me being gone so long and a little beach vacation. Tomorrow will be my first day back at the gym. I tried to go during the shutdown, but I was just too tired. I was working 7 12's, & they were getting their money's worth out of me each day. Going to the gym would've been pointless because I would've been going through the motions and not getting any recovery rest.
I'll get an accurate weigh in tomorrow just to see where I'm at. I know I'm not happy at all w/ the way I look, so I'm ready to get after it! I haven't gone for an MRI yet, but I have either a torn ACL, or a badly sprained one. I know it hurts to run, so that's out of the question for now. I'd like to try & get some cardio in while on this, so it'll probably be the bike. Not sure yet what other kind of leg work I'll be able to do. I'll test those waters later this week and let y'all know where I stand..
I'll also get some pics up w/in the next day or so. Might go into the bathroom & snap a couple tonight before I eat a big 'ol bowl of my almost famous gumbo..
