FOCUS is pretty mild, for my run I'm going to see if I can bulk a little (tiny bit!) and plan to run it:

PWO: As needed, Finaflex Creatrona, iForce Compete, iForce Joint Help, Modern BCAA, Glucosamine, Multivitamin and Fish Oil.

Post Cycle Therapy:

Workouts:
All my workouts are on a daily basis in my garage gym. They are generally 1 to 1.5 hours long and utilize combinations of an Ironmaster machine and free-weights:

I train with a HR monitor to time when my HR returns to a point that I can begin the next set. I'm a nerd engineer, what can I say! Really switching up my routine here. Will tweak it as I go:

Monday: Shoulders
Tuesday: Upper Chest/Lats
Wednesday: Boxer Cardio
Thursday: Back/Biceps
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Chest
Sunday: Upper Back/Triceps

1) This is my third cycle and I'm no expert. If there is anything missing or if you have recommendations please feel free to post.
2) Feel free to post anything you'd like to motivate or make me do my best.
3) If my weights for any lift seem "off" it might be due to incorrect form. Don't flame me (PM me instead) as I'm still learning. Thanks.

Thank you to AndroFactory and it's reps for allowing me the opportunity to log FOCUS for six weeks.

For my run I wanted to see if I could bulk a little and dosed it 1/2/2/2/2/2. Didn't notice any effect from 1 cap but moving to 2 caps daily I definitely felt the improved workouts, strength increases and energy levels.

With this 6.5 week bulk cycle I added about 6 lbs and experienced a nice amount of leaning out all while noticing an improved mental and mood state. For example, weeks ago I was hosting my company's event. I maintained mental focus even though my sleep was constantly poor. I was energetic and in a good mood the entire week of 16 hour days.

This compound has lived up to the good mood and mental improvement claim.

After two bottles of use here are my thoughts:

- A little aggression during the first few days but then enhanced energy and mood.
- Improved workout attitude and strength increases (set several new PRs).
- Minor sides and no lethargy.
- need two bottles of Focus to really see results.

Measurements Starting/Ending:
Arms: 14/14
Legs: 23/23
Chest: 38/39
Shoulders: 46/47
Calves: 13/14
Waist: 33/34

Max Lifts Starting/Ending:
Machine Bench: 235/255
Machine Squat: 235/255
BB Deadlift: 325/345
Machine Shoulder Press: 125/125

So I added about an inch to my chest, shoulders, calves and waist. Surprising to say the least.

I would definitely run AndroFactory Focus again. Can't wait to try their other PHs!

The fun begins. Took 1 cap Focus last night and 1 this morning. These are gel caps and easy to swallow.

Took the incline bench on a little up/down spin:

Smith Machine Incline Bench Press 234.33

Thanks for joining in and the kind words about my gym. I'm kind of tough on cleanliness and insist on a clean and organized gym. I have a teenage football playing stepson that uses it as well. He's 6'2" and 240 lbs at 16.

It took years of saving and building to make my Man Cave. .
I keep tell my wife I calling it now the man cave but she persit still upon always referring it to the dog house

Have you considered upping your calories some? I see the way you kill it, is 2500 enough for you on a bulk?

This is a tough one to answer. My calculated Tdee is about 2500 calories. The problem is I have a desk job so my activity is low for the day (after the initial morning workout). I find I put weight on the belly quickly if I up calories too much higher. I know this is needed for a bulk but at my age it's hard to lose. Advice?

Everyone is different. I go through periods during the summer, when I'm doing yard work all weekend, that I cut at 35-3700/day. But that's clean eating. If I stayed at 2500 clean, and riding in a car the majority of the day for my job (what I do), then I'd probably cut. And that's with cheating most weekends.

I dunno, maybe something to play around with.

I've always wished I had a home gym but I've never had the space. Hopefully one day!
I'm blessed with the gym. It took many years to build and lots of hard earned money but it's a dream come true!

Worst case you can always up cardio, but you're more likely to take advantage of the gains with the added calories.

My traps and biceps are lagging. I brought up my shoulders and all it took was literally inward grip overhead press *more front delt than tricep" and throwing in 3 sets of side raises on chest day.

- good mood is present as I find myself whistling. Notice I can quickly get angry but it goes away as quickly as it came.
- not noticing any mental effects. I'm an engineer and I'm always in a state of mental stress.

Lifting to some good tunes you haven't heard in a while, especially ones you kinda forgot, can be awesome. Just really satisfying; the kind of workout when you finish where you're like, "Dang, that was a lot of fun!)

Absolutely fun! I just wish they would stop playing the same songs every morning. For crying out loud, there are thousands of 60/70/80's songs! Lol my favorite this morning was Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd from The Wall album.

That's exactly why I can't do many radio stations at all, at least not longer than a month or two.
