v02 max is 38.9 ml/kg/min
previous total 505/365/545 current is probably horrible.
Only goal I really have is to put on size, lift #s are almost irrelevant to me. Will hit 230-240 by March.

Almost every lift I do has a tempo, squeeze aspect, or is at least very controlled. I just got into bodybuilding about 2 years ago, and just recently a fellow BBer has kind of taken me under his wing. So here is a glimpse into my life!
