I'm logging Performax ALPHAMAX and FITMAX. I got very lucky and answered one of the ingredients correctly.

Dosing for ALPHAMAX will be 4 caps a day. 2 in morning pre workout(fasted) and 2 caps 8-10 hours later. FITMAX dosing is starting at 3/4 scoop(1 serving) and adjusting from there. ALPHAMAX contains 30 days worth and FITMAX contains 50 servings at 3/4 scoop.


Diet: 3200 cal a day
Macros: 30/50/20 pro/carb/fat
Training: 5-6 days a week.
Arms/shoulders/legs/back/chest with rest days thrown in wherever I feel it is needed.

Training consists of one power exercise, two hypertrophy exercises, and one speed exercise per muscle group.

Starting stats:
182.245 cm
191 lb
Roughly 13% bodyfat(visible abdominal definition, decent vascularity)

Good workout. I haven't worked out in my university gym for a while which threw some of my lifts off. The pump was semi there. I didn't feel like I had boulders on my shoulders like I usually do with shoulder day, but the energy was there which was nice. I think FITMAX is a formidable pre workout at double the dose I took today. I will test 1.5 scoops tomorrow.

3-7 minutes after drinking, slightly strong clear wave of energy rushes over me. Very mild anxiety. 30 minutes after drinking I worked out.

The energy stayed clear and continued for 4 hours.



FITMAX first impressions:

-Clear head and plenty of energy to push me through my workout
-Decent pump
-Smells slightly rancid
-Mixes very well. Like zero grains or powder visible at all after putting it in water.
-Tastes nice and fruity. Not overpowering in any way
-Color nice and red. Stained the shaker slightly.

Seemed a little off today. I previously have only incorporated front squats into my routine but I felt like my legs were stagnating. Hopefully next week will show some improvement!


FITMAX tastes delicious at 1 scoop in 8 oz of water and still mixes amazingly well. I felt a nice kick after about 15 minutes of drinking. Slight euphoria around 20 minute mark.

Can you give us any detail on the Alphamax? Are you noticing better sleep. Alot of loggers are notcing deeeper sleep and vivid dreams pretty early on into their cycle.

It could be me getting old but my joints are hurting. I'm drinking plenty of fluids eating plenty of fat. I didn't think the arimistane would be this quick but who knows.

I'm noticing much longer sleep cycles, and overall longer sleep. I am someone who needs 8+ hours of sleep a night but can't get it because I have ****ty sleep. As of these last two days I am seeing stronger sleep.

Felt really good today. Pump was strong and all my lifts felt strong. Back day is my favorite for pump because I can feel all of it activate.


I realize I haven't been posting too much about ALPHAMAX. I didn't feel much for my first few days, but now I can start to feel the effects. Sleep is an obvious one. Much stronger sleep as stated above. Starting to feel my joints get a little dry, and as seen today my intensity in the gym was very high.

I have lower free test and high estradiol, so I feel this product will kick my body into overdrive compared to my normal workouts without such strong hormone manipulation. I have also noticed as of today slightly more vascularity than normal. Anyway looking forward to some more intense workouts. Tomorrow is chest!

I love the leaning effects of the armistane, but as I've had a few surgeries I've found Fish Oil really helps me with the dry joints. So if you feel it's a bit much with the dry joints try adding in some fish oil and you'll be good to go!

I get lots of fish oils so no problem there, or with red meat fat(get plenty) in my diet. I've been thinking about trying out a joint support so this might be a good chance. Any suggestions as far as that goes? The new CL powdered multi/greens product looks fantastic I must say.

Workout felt nice. I am noticing a lot of muscle fullness and awesome workouts- especially today. What really kicked me into overdrive was hitting the back of my head on a machine while doing machine flys. Hurt a lot but got me mad and pumped up.


Starting tonight at work I am seeing an increase in oily skin on my face. Could be situational but it could also be attributed to an increase in my Get Big hormones. Anyway arms are tomorrow.

The damn thing sticking out got me right in the back of the head. Small little piece too so it kind of dug in.

Yeah the muscle fullness is always welcome! No tightness I'd say just yet. I AM noticing hurting elbows my god. More oil on face too for sure. A tad of a temper too haha.

The sleep makes me not want to get up in the morning, I assume attributed to the dosing of l-dopa.

Pump in arms is quite swell. I could really see some nice separation throughout my arms while doing my pinwheel curls. Vascularity is rising every day also. Great workout, nothing to complain about aside from my elbows getting demolished, which is expected when running these compounds, especially on arm day.

Last week I couldn't feel too much of a pump. Today the pump was insane. It felt like my shoulders were balloons and I just keep putting air into them with each set. Very very strong today too. The only thing holding me back on some of these lifts are my forearms getting fatigued. I will start training them independently, and I'm also going to start bringing straps with me and use them once I feel my forearms failing.

Getting slightly angrier/less likely to put up with bs

My legs are relatively weak I'd say from lack of movements. In the past all I did was front squat and leg extensions+curls / hack squat. My quads and hamstrings were good for my liking, but I never felt they were strong enough. Recently I decided to opt for stronger legs, so I have to start pretty light. Anyway I'm sure they're going to grow plenty during the next 21 days!

Very good. I have plenty of nice clean energy in the gym. Sometimes I need that extra oomph to get my ready, you know. Pumps have been awesome too :)

I did essentially the same workout, and will continue to do the same movements for all exercises on all days save one or two. I think this will really give a good, accurate representation of progression. For workout warmups, I will focus on keeping them the same, no overload, but the working sets will all be improved upon each week(i hope).

My arms blow up so much with this routine.. I have pretty fatty arms, little less than 17 cold, but pumped they gain at least a half inch. Ill measure and post a picture next time cold and pumped.. its insane. The citrulline and agmatine certainly help!

Can really feel the alphamax today, and yesterday. The no bull**** attitude has really been helping me stay focused not only during workouts but in all facets of life.

Decently enough! And I took about two pills a day while sick or I tried to. I didn't want the compounds to exit my system and have to build up again.
