  6. Had an early job had to miss gym. Arms are a little sore, figured since I hadn't trained biceps in a while. Lowering my carb intake so I can fit into the pants. Ever since I started adding weight it hasn't stopped.

  13. Walked into gym and scaned my card... Said happy birthday to me. I said thanks to the lady behind the court she just stared at me, awkward moment. I did t realize til later the computer said it.

  14. What's happening? Well I'd say I am on the weight gain train.... It won't stop. So instead of trying to lean out I'm going to feed!

    194lbs (after workout and turlet) so is say that's a solid number.

  16. Hey, if your body is telling ya to pack some on, go for it! How's the diet been though? Do you think that has had any effect on that? And happy belated birthday man. Besides the weight gain, what has the alphamax been doing for ya so far?

    I think adding on some mass with AlphaMax is a great plan, most likely will avoid adding on too much fat while adding some serious MUSCLES, win win for everybody. Besides hasn't bulking season already begun? Lets get that weight up son! haha

    Well my diet hasn't been the best and I have been trying to cut some of the higher carb foods. Unfortunately I feel that I am on the seefood diet which is cause the weight to attach to my midsection. I do good for two weeks then right back to daily cheat meals. As long as I am getting stronger then I am happy. That cut look I see others have is what I want however my food discipline is mediocre.

    As far as AlphaMax I am pleased so far with the results. Much better sleep, aggression in the gym, quick to get agitated(that don't mess with me feeling), and the last week some acne on back has started to show.... Not to worried about it just makes me feel the product is working.

  19. Good deal man, glad you're pleased! Definitely good that you're strength is increasing but if you want that cut look, gotta get that diet in check! It's definitely the hardest thing for me as well, I find once I've made it to two weeks eating right I'm usually good to go for a while. I do allow myself some cheat room on the weekends so I don't go crazy!

  20. So in 12 days I used all my data on my phone, so my updates will be later in day. So after watching Food Inc on Netflix the wife wants to go all organic.... This will be expensive I know but ill figure something out. First she wants to detox for one week.... Juicing I think. This will be tough and I have to load up on protein before she drains account. I know my body will like me I just hope we can afford/stick with it. First thing I am buying a grass fed cow and a freezer, has anyone gotten a cow butchered before?


    Today's workout short and sweet. I am slowly working my front squats up in weight. Today was the most I've done... Not very impressive but should continue to go up, about 10-20 every other week

    My dosing of AlphaMax is morning with breakfast and dinner. Is it advisable to take 4-6 after first dose o just keep with what I got?

    That stuff doesn't bother me. I enjoy tongue, liver, tail and well ill eat just about any part. I was reading and they sell 1/4,1/2 and well even buying clubs so people can split. I think I'll be good here soon. Ill be happy to finally be eating lotsa beef!

    Well I have hella issues .... Depends on way I use my weights my arms may tingle crazy causing me to stop doing the exercise I have issues.

    Think its just the twisting. Seems to get me, I don't really care. Being in a little pain/stiff is no match to my gains. Sometimes my body needs to recognize.
