  2. OK, today was my chest and biceps day and I took 2 scoops. I must, it was my best workout I've ever had, I've never had such pumps. After biceps I did forearms in fact these pumps were so insane that they made my forarms hurt and leave the gym. I've taken before those NO boosters like pumped NO and xpand (these two I loved before) but, in fact, they can't come close to volatile. I think 2 scoops were too pumping. On my next workout I'll take 1.5 scoops I think thet will be optimal


    By the way I found an interesting statement about Diindolylmethane - one of volatile's main ingredients - "The National Cancer Institute of the United States has begun clinical trials of DIM as a therapeutic for numerous forms of cancer"

  5. 1.5 scoop day. It was really mindblowing. Today I was training my back-triceps and pumps were explosive. Although it was less extreme then 2 scoops, but it was most optimal dosing for me. I noticed that taste was better with higher dosing. I added several lbs on lat pulldown, so I definitely see, this stuff works. As for crashes, so far I didn't have any. In fact after two scoops i was so tired, that I slept for 9-10 hours. no crashes, good taste, good mixability, good effectivenes, amazing pumps, how can anyone buy no xplode or other stuff, when there is VOLATILE

  8. Today was my insane biceps/triceps giant superset day and I decided to take 1.5 scoops again. PUMPs were awesome. By the way I gained 4.5 lbs of muscle and I feel I'm stronger. I hitted gym after university and was too much tired but this stuff keeps me awake without crashes. I added some LBS to triceps pressdown and dips. Damn I love the feeling it gives the only thing I miss is that LEVEL II. I got hooked on that

  9. I have no idea what to write here new. THIS STUFF IS AWESOME. I took 1.5 scoop 30 minutes before hitting gym and I even hadn't started working out, I was already feeling that pump. I can say volatile is best. I really don't know what to say more. Prise is good, I would say it should cost more for it's effectiveness. They should put some samples at bodybuilding.com and make some commercials, because people buy noxplode and similar stuff only because they are popular. If only they knew what volatile does.

I didn't go on to break my PR, (I feel I could) instead I did with less masses, but more sets and reps. Result was: Do not take 2 scoops when you train like that. My arms were so pumped and vasculized, that I couldn't move them and it hurt. I had to stop training for a while. When I got back home, I was too tired to do anything, just set in front of tv and can't even remember what I watched. Seriously it's a really hardcore thing and I do not know what to do after I finish this tube.

One more awesome day with VOLATILE. 1.5 scoops before hitting my gym, doing chest and biceps - added 33 pounds to bench press max and broke my PR, as for the biceps I added 13 lbs on DB curls and 22 lbs on BB curl+reverse bb curl. So today I set new PRs and volatile had major role in that. I did less sets with max masses, so my pumps were not so explosive. Anyway, I say, I take best pre-workout supplement on earth.

  23. Today I took 1.5 scoop for triceps/back day. I have no idea what to write new about VOLATILE. Workout was awesome. As you remember on lat pulldown my max was 264 lbs and today I hit 285 lbs - a new PR. I seldom feel good pumps on triceps, but today they were insane. I did triceps with less weight to feel the pump and thanks god I didn't take 2 scoops, my triceps would explode. By the way, today i weighted and was 192 lbs so gained 4 kg so far. it's great. On my next workout I'll give my friend a scoop to try and write here his feelings

  25. Yeay buddy. One more insane day with volatile. 2 scoops - arm supersets. This is what I call explosive workout. In fact it's even more impressive, then old jack3d with dmaa in it . I didn't go on weights today, tried to do with less weight to get maximum pump and it was massive, it even hurted a bit. Definitely my favourite pre-workout supplement. Oh by the way I gave one scoop to my friend, he's currently taking assault and his first impression was - I should have bought this lol.
