pumping up with performax fit max

here starts my month long log doing FitMax by Performax Labs
3/4 scoop taken 30 minutes prior to workout.

so far this is the dosage for me.
i tried to download pics from my phone but the thing isn't working right so i will try again tomorrow.
overall great pump tonight got alittle vascular took before and after pics to see what it was like. not bad for the first run.
did arms in my basement so not as intense as it would be at the gym but i do alright.

    triceps
    pushdowns-60,70,70,75, 50 -10,10,10,10 failure
    reverse extensions-same as above
skull krushers ez curl -45-4sets ten superset with same close grip bench press

    biceps
    21s-45,45, 50,50
single arm dumbbell curls 25 for 10 reps 4 sets
    reverse curls same as 21's

not to stimed which i like just enough to get the job done and keep me focused. seems a little like powermax in that aspect. thanks for the chance to do this you guys treat me well. i apperciate it and won't let you down.

    i will be taking
    fitmax before workouts
    along with
    creatine
    joint support
    and starting monday
dhea prohormone for a 8 week run.
cals are at arund 3000 a day give or take.
i am trying to add around 15 lbs by april so i have time.

please join in if you like.

been dealing with all sort of problems her at home , lawnmover broke, heat pump broke, me broke! you know the story so what else to do but work out my frustrations at the gym. had a long night with no heat and it hitting the twenties so i lite the logs and stayed up making sure the kids and the wife we well heated. got warm about 4 am so i woke at 6 and turned them on high to get everyone toasty for the morning.
now on the training. at breakfast 4 eggs , 1 cup oatmeal , brown sugar poptart and coffee. took my fitmax, joint support and fish oil and off i went with a vengence!

    legs
    straight circuit of
seated leg curls, leg extensions and lying leg curls.
smith was taken so no front squats today
4 sets each at 8-10 drop set on the last one
    warm up 50 for 20 then 80,90,100,110
    same on extensions
    50,60,70, 50

    then back
    seated one arm rows
    85 for 4 sets of 15
    seated rows
    4 sets
    100, 110,120,120
    lat pulldowns
    100, 110, 110, 120
    same rep range

    arms
    standing barbel curls
    45 , 50,50,50, for 10
    hammer curls
    20,25,30,30 for 10 each
    tricep pushdowns
    75,90,100,110 for 15
    reverse triceps extensions
    same deal

    done and done
not much vascularity this time because my arms we so full of blood!
glad to have the pump back , did one full scoop this time and had to set down once to catch my breath but besides that it was fine. fit max is a fit for me so far.

    5/3/1 method

Thats awesome that your noticing that! Fitmax was meant to replace powermax so you should be getting similar effects but even more focus, endurance etc.

Once you have a little more time with Fitmax feel free to throw up a review in the Product Review section for Fitmax, we just got it added to the list this week.

Jumping in a little late, but looks like everything is running smoothly. You're going to get all of the pumps and intense focus from PowerMax, the level of focus and feel of our pre workouts is something that really sets the product apart from others. Looking forward to your next update

hit ome arms tonight at home
    short set
    21's at 45 for 4 sets

    hammers 4 sets 25 12reps

pushdowns super set with reverse extensions
    75 for 4x12

then finished with bentover rows to failure for a huge pump got 35 before i quit with the curl bar

fitmax at 1.5 scoops worked out pretty good. had a little aggression later, just felt on edge, this is something new but i am gonna chalk it up to workout being so short and not as intense. i need to bulk up my home gym if i am going to continue to do these at home. i need to get a bench with incline and decline adjustments and some decent dumbbells . i'll have to move them in the main area but we don't have people over that much and when we do i can pack them away. been looking on craigslist in the area and there are lots of deals. just got to get the money for it. read an article about dumbbell workouts because gyms are getting so crowded at certain times and i know what they are talking about. Sometimes i have to change up my workout because someone dominates a piece of equipment. iam sure everyone has run into this before.

Tore up legs today. Slid right into the leg press as someone was coming out.
    4sets@ 388,443,488,533
    10-15 reps each
    Leg extension
    105 for 4@15 squeezing throughout
    Squats 5/3/1 deep
    95,115,135,155,175

    Legs were toast.
I'm going to up my dosage to two scoops not getting the effect I want. I was focused though that is for sure just not enough stimulate to flood the muscles.
Came home changed hit the kids candy jar and now am I a treestand waiting on a deer. The man never stops not when its for real!!! Blaze on brothers!

ok after work yesterday morning did a fasted workout. took two scoops of FitMax and hit it.

    shoulders and arms

shoulder is very weak and i am fearing going to a doc because last year they shot me up and gave me anti inflammatory and that was it. so i think i am going to stay the chiro rout e and schedule a couple next week.

    so now onto the workut;
tried smith shoulder press couldn't bear it so went to dumbbells
    25,25,30,30 10 reps each
    bentover flyes
    same weight and rep range
    delt destroyers
30,20,8 all to failure for three sets

    arms
    ez curls
    4 sets at 40,40,45,45 for 15 reps
    preacher curls
4sets same weight for ten reps each

    rope hammer curls
    65,65,0,70 for 10 each
    one arm reverse cable extensions
    20,20,30,30
    dumbbell preachers
    25lbs for 3 set 10
    hammer curls
    3setsof ten @ 25,30,40

the arms of my shirt split so they told me i had to leave!!!! now just kidding but a fantastic pump and it held for about 4 hours so 2 scoops is my new dose of Fitmax.
today shoulder woke me around 5 so i have been up since then . no gaining the extra hour for me. measuered the arms last night and i am up 1/4 inch on the left one which is very hopeful i am doing ti right. have blessed sunday my brothers and sisters and make it a day of rest with your family.

Definitely working with what you got, nice work man! What do you use for joint support? I'm going to have to start taking glucosamine here due to knee surgeries.

i am beta testing flexible from Formutech labs right now. i don't feel any extra lube in my joints my elbows after last night are sore as hell . os i don't know if i am sold on it yet. it would probably help me to get on a "wet " agent now and again to keep them well oiled. the process around this is it is suppose to enter my system faster being a powder and that i shouldn't need any preloading or prolonged use to get it rolling. so far not seeing it as expected. also it may not be suited for my age group either so i am not going to condemn it just doesn't do much for me so far.

I know i asked your opinoin on powermax to fitmax, has it changed at all the longer you've taken fitmax?
you guys have nailed the focus on both products. ii believe i am gonna try 2.5 scoops to see it the pump is more. vasculariy is very mild though. hyper fx from bsn tastes like **** but my god the swell and rage i got from it was overwhelming almost too much at times but i loved the vascularity of it.we are talking apples and oranges here though . i like you products , don't screw wtih my bp and i am spot on with focus . you maybe could mess around with the arginine some or nos to get more vascular if that is what you are shooting for. i am very vain though! lol!

two scoops fitmax prior to training . very vascular in the shoulders and arms this time. i notice there isn't much stim on this even at two scoops but the focus is incredible. i would go to recommend this for focus more than the pump or intensity that most are associated with.everybody wants the "rush " the head crawling effect. that is all psychological in my opinion. what do you really want. well for me it is focus , vascularity(vainness in me) and the n.o. pump! i want to not beable to lift eh body part i am working and have to mentally push myself out of the gym becuse it won't work anymore.

so here i am at 5 o'clock in the morning getting ready to go hunting and i have no back pain. tightness but no pain. my shoulder is taking care of that, it woke me at 3 again. so i must have done something right yesterday. very busy today probably won't train , but hit it again tomorrow. Legggggggs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! have a good one guys.

back day again( i just love it) really want that V! so i took 2.5 scoops of fitmax and my flexible joint support at lunch with two chicken breasts, 4 ounces asparagus , i cup brown rice and 1 cup steamed yukon potatoes . so i was all ready to take on the iron.

then my wife called me told me my son got knocked out of his seat at school, hit his head on the floor and may have a concussion, so i had to take him to urgent care this afternoon to get checked out. mild concussion no xrays thank God. they will be repairing the school floor tomorrow! Glad i can laugh about it. poor buddy.

so i finally hit my home gym tonight for a mild but intensive workout(is that even possible?)
    trisets
    wide grip bentover pulldowns
    wide grip seated pulldowns
    reverse grip pulldowns
    reverse seated backward pulldowns
5 sets 15-20 or to failure
the weight range on my wieder machine said 78 lbs though it felt like much more.

    bentover dumbbell rows
4 set each to failure only 25 lbers though didn't count the reps jsut went till i couldn't lift my arms

that was all i could get in in the time i had. felt great though nice pump under the arms very vascular in the bent over rows. i can see a little swell in the mirror n my t shirts these days but i am miles away form where i want to be. Fitmax is the focus king guys i have found nothing so far that give it like performax labs does. the only thing is it needs to be labeled as such most young folks would be disappointed at it not being the stimmed up nitric oxide type ,if they actually read the labels. that is just my two cents.

Hey Chef, sorry I missed your last post! We're definitely marketing Fitmax more to the crowd not into the super high stim stuff. Definitely people are digging the focus and pump from it!

my traps and delts and pulsing as we speak and that was over two hours ago.

my ass will be hurting in the morning.
now since andro's website forum is all screwed up i will say this , is tarted on bulk up 10 days ago and got p-bold tuesday. dosage is 4 caps ulk up in th morning with fish oil, hawthorne berry and 3 mls of p-bold
p-bold in the evening before dinner or right after training whichever comes first 3 mls

i am excited to see what will happen on these compounds the reviews and logs of the andro mass products were really motivating . we shall see.
whether or not i add a methly at the end or during depends on money. if so i will add it to both this and the andro log. i am still on fitmax by preformax labs and flexible by forumtech almost done with them though maybe 7 more days.
