pumping up with performax fit max
here starts my month long log doing FitMax by Performax Labs
3/4 scoop taken 30 minutes prior to workout.
so far this is the dosage for me.
i tried to download pics from my phone but the thing isn't working right so i will try again tomorrow.
overall great pump tonight got alittle vascular took before and after pics to see what it was like. not bad for the first run.
did arms in my basement so not as intense as it would be at the gym but i do alright.
pushdowns-60,70,70,75, 50 -10,10,10,10 failure
reverse extensions-same as above
skull krushers ez curl -45-4sets ten superset with same close grip bench press
single arm dumbbell curls 25 for 10 reps 4 sets
reverse curls same as 21's
not to stimed which i like just enough to get the job done and keep me focused. seems a little like powermax in that aspect. thanks for the chance to do this you guys treat me well. i apperciate it and won't let you down.
i will be taking
fitmax before workouts
and starting monday
dhea prohormone for a 8 week run.
cals are at arund 3000 a day give or take.
i am trying to add around 15 lbs by april so i have time.

took on legs, back and arms today. i know i know am i twenty well hell no but fitmax makes me feel that way!
been dealing with all sort of problems her at home , lawnmover broke, heat pump broke, me broke! you know the story so what else to do but work out my frustrations at the gym. had a long night with no heat and it hitting the twenties so i lite the logs and stayed up making sure the kids and the wife we well heated. got warm about 4 am so i woke at 6 and turned them on high to get everyone toasty for the morning.
now on the training. at breakfast 4 eggs , 1 cup oatmeal , brown sugar poptart and coffee. took my fitmax, joint support and fish oil and off i went with a vengence!
straight circuit of
seated leg curls, leg extensions and lying leg curls.
smith was taken so no front squats today
4 sets each at 8-10 drop set on the last one
warm up 50 for 20 then 80,90,100,110
same on extensions
seated one arm rows
85 for 4 sets of 15
100, 110, 110, 120
same rep range
standing barbel curls
45 , 50,50,50, for 10
20,25,30,30 for 10 each
75,90,100,110 for 15
reverse triceps extensions
done and done
not much vascularity this time because my arms we so full of blood!
glad to have the pump back , did one full scoop this time and had to set down once to catch my breath but besides that it was fine. fit max is a fit for me so far.

really zoned today, not to stimmed , chest was full after training
flat bench 11sets
75,95,115,135,155 all 5 reps each then 5 sets of 75 10 reps last one to failure 16 reps
on to dumbbell press
30,35,35,40 for 10 last one to 15
cable flyes bottom pulley
that was it. had to get going to get the kids, but chest was full and arms were shot anyways. gonna do some dumbbell pushups and ab work tonight before bed.
shoulder and bicep tendon are still mending slowly. i don't push it too hard just enough to get the work done.
be starting the prohormones friday... time to swell some!

better pump, better energy. the focus is spot on like powermax, you just get zoned in on what you are doing. my workout was 30 minutes and i never stopped.

hit ome arms tonight at home
21's at 45 for 4 sets
hammers 4 sets 25 12reps
pushdowns super set with reverse extensions
75 for 4x12
then finished with bentover rows to failure for a huge pump got 35 before i quit with the curl bar
fitmax at 1.5 scoops worked out pretty good. had a little aggression later, just felt on edge, this is something new but i am gonna chalk it up to workout being so short and not as intense. i need to bulk up my home gym if i am going to continue to do these at home. i need to get a bench with incline and decline adjustments and some decent dumbbells . i'll have to move them in the main area but we don't have people over that much and when we do i can pack them away. been looking on craigslist in the area and there are lots of deals. just got to get the money for it. read an article about dumbbell workouts because gyms are getting so crowded at certain times and i know what they are talking about. Sometimes i have to change up my workout because someone dominates a piece of equipment. iam sure everyone has run into this before.

Look into the Power Block dumbells. I have a pair and love them. Much better than the cheap plastic bowflex version

Tore up legs today. Slid right into the leg press as someone was coming out.
10-15 reps each
105 for 4@15 squeezing throughout
Squats 5/3/1 deep
Legs were toast.
I'm going to up my dosage to two scoops not getting the effect I want. I was focused though that is for sure just not enough stimulate to flood the muscles.
Came home changed hit the kids candy jar and now am I a treestand waiting on a deer. The man never stops not when its for real!!! Blaze on brothers!

ok after work yesterday morning did a fasted workout. took two scoops of FitMax and hit it.
shoulders and arms
shoulder is very weak and i am fearing going to a doc because last year they shot me up and gave me anti inflammatory and that was it. so i think i am going to stay the chiro rout e and schedule a couple next week.
so now onto the workut;
tried smith shoulder press couldn't bear it so went to dumbbells
25,25,30,30 10 reps each
same weight and rep range
30,20,8 all to failure for three sets
4 sets at 40,40,45,45 for 15 reps
4sets same weight for ten reps each
rope hammer curls
65,65,0,70 for 10 each
one arm reverse cable extensions
25lbs for 3 set 10
3setsof ten @ 25,30,40
the arms of my shirt split so they told me i had to leave!!!! now just kidding but a fantastic pump and it held for about 4 hours so 2 scoops is my new dose of Fitmax.
today shoulder woke me around 5 so i have been up since then . no gaining the extra hour for me. measuered the arms last night and i am up 1/4 inch on the left one which is very hopeful i am doing ti right. have blessed sunday my brothers and sisters and make it a day of rest with your family.

Nice workout man! Glad the pumps are so strong for ya, and I hear ya on bout gaining an hour. Just meant my baby was up earlier, lol

great pump , awesome focus i was in the zone for this one. not to bad for small home gym i have. do what you can with what you got!
joint support afterward stretching and ab work. off to be for much needed rest . off tomorrow r&r.

Definitely working with what you got, nice work man! What do you use for joint support? I'm going to have to start taking glucosamine here due to knee surgeries.
