Thanks, Swanks, for letting me give this a shot. It's been a while since I've taken a cissus product so I'm looking forward to it. My shoulders and knees will definetly benefit from it.

26 years old, 208lbs, competitive powerlifter, training 4x a week. Off days will consist of using the prowler, doing core work, or mobility WOD's.

Yesterday's session consisted of conventional deadlifts- 5 sets of 405 followed by block pulls and deficit pulls. Assistance work was unilateral leg work, glute ham raise, and some back stuff.

Today I hit up the prowler: 180lbs x 20 yards x 10 sprints

Followed by a mobility WOD

If you guys want, I can copy and paste the actual workout sessions from my training log or just an update like that. Lemme know!

I'll give an honest review of the product. I'll update everytime I workout, and anytime something pertinent comes up.

Tomorrow I'll take some pictures of how it mixes and the container. I'm unimpressed with the visual aspect of the tub it comes in, but I don't really care. It's a fine powder, which mixes easily, even with a spoon. Smells and tastes just how it should. Slightly tart with only 6oz of water but it still tasted just fine. Now...saying that something tastes good with Cissus in it, doesn't make sense, because Cissus tastes like complete ******* in raw form, so good job Formutech on the taste.

Right on dude, looking forward to the feedback! You can post your workout logs if ya like, or just post nudes. You know, whatever. Lol

Really excited to see how you guys like this. Flexible is the best joint support on the market and bringing it in powder form should allow us to bring to to many more peoplr

Sorry for the lack of updates. I was at work the last 48 hours and forgot my product at home.

I got off today and hit the gym:
Squats 8 sets of 370x3
Front Squats 3 sets ending with 325x6
SSB Squat 3 sets of 315x8
SSB Good Mornings ending with 265x7
Glute Ham Raise and then the prowler

Slammed some food along with the product. Again, no complaints with taste or mixability. I look forward to it being a staple for the next few weeks.

Stirred briskly for 20 seconds. Tastes like fruit punch Kool-Aid with a very slight bulk ingredient aftertaste, but it doesn't linger.

I was pullin sumo for the last few months as my competition stance but it ruined my hips, so I'm back to convo...I still like sumo better haha

They're both great. Sumo is very quad dominant compared to conventional

Thanks bud.

Not too much to report on here. Shoulders are still aching a bit but I'm still able to get my competition bench going good. They tighten up pretty fast though once I'm down. Knees and hips are still feeling great.

The product mixes up well, but if it's not mixed with anything, you can definetly taste the Cissus.

Always the down side of powder vs pill. Flavors are tough to cover up sometimes. All in all, sounds like the fruit punch gets the job done. I've never found a DAA product that didn't have a mild vomit flavor. Lol

Yesterday was a squat day.

Hit 460 for 5 sets of 2 reps followed by reverse banded 550 for 2 sets of 3.

Normally my shoulders feel wrecked after squatting, but after some myofacial release and of course Flexible, they actually aren't killing me.

Heading in later for some upper body work.

Shoulders are still feeling decent, as long as I stay on top of things. Yesterday I hit up some upper body weak points. Lotsa pulling, some incline bench, and shoulder prehab. They're still feeling mobile and pain free today, which is a good sign.

Deadlifts tomorrow

Still some discomfort in the shoulders but I'm
able to get them feeling decent with some work. Rest of the joints are still up to par. Yesterday I did some more pulling. 435x3x2 then 435+80lb chain off of 2" blocks for 5 reps and ended with a 365x4 front squat. No aching in my knees today. Benching tomorrow and I think that will be the last serving of Flexible

Good log man, all caught up... Your squats are impressive, and I'm looking forward to your review. I've been eyeing this product for my shoulder "tweaks" also.
