So I took my first dose of two capsules 35 minutes ago.
I suddenly started to feel a little lethargic. It's a very weird feeling, I could tell that my body was craving carbohydrates.
So right now and my first large Carb meal.
One cup oats, 1/4 cup raisins. Topped off with two scoops of way protein isolate.
This is my pre-workout meal I will report back as soon as I get home from the gym
