    I got my Flexible Powder today. Thank you to the guys at Formutech for the chance to try this. It came at a perfect time because i've been having more joint and tendon/muscle pain as of late. This week is my deload week so hopefully Flexible kicks in by next week and i can hit it hard again.


  2. CHEST/CALVES
    Dips-bw-10x5
    Bb bench-135-10x5
    Db incline press-40-10x5
    Db incline fly-20-10x5
    Push up wide-10x5
    Push up narrow-10x5
    Calf raises-100lb x100(split 2 sets)

    First impression of Flexible powder is it smells good. I used 8oz water and it mixed up very well. Taste was a little fake sweet flavor,but not bad. I will take another scoop this eve. Off to the races with Formutech! Cant wait till next week and some results.

  3. Hell yeah! Pretty decent reviews on the flavor so far. A couple really like it, a couple Luke warm on it. Glad no one hates it!! Lol

    What's your previous experience with joint supps and what would you really like to see out of Flexible, ideally (I.e. better joint mobility, less stiffness, less joint pain post workout, less pain during normal activity, etc..)? Do you have joint issues currently?

    I've only used fish oil, glucosamin,and chondroitin. I would like to have better mobility and less pain for sure during normal activities. Right now i have probs with my right shoulder during flat bench and lately elbows and left knee. So this promo is timed perfect to fix me up.

    2nd day with Flexible. I mixed 1 scoop with 6 oz water and just shot it down. Im not a big fan of the flavor. Its not cell tech bad, just not my fav. So far no changes but its only 3rd serving.

    Another deload day. Im sure my body is thanking me. I still managed to get a good wo in a short time. I downed my first scoop of Flexible this morn. I think it has more of a bubble gum flavor than fruit punch. I mixed it up with ice and it was much better to me. I noticed my forearm/bicep on my left arm and my right shoulder felt better today. I dont know if its from Flexible or not, but i'll take it.

    Couldnt wait to drink my Flexible this morn. I am def starting to like the flavor more. I am still having the pain in my left forearm/bicep, but i'm almost sure it is a muscle/tendon strain not a joint issue. As for my knee and shoulder, they are starting to feel better. I have not taken any joint supps since starting flexible so i would say it is starting to work.

    Had kind of an off day today, but pushed through. The Flexible has me feeling pretty good. My knee pain is 90% gone and my shoulder is about 75% better. My biggest prob is my low back. I have a disc that is 80% gone, so pain is expected. My back is still stiff when i wake up untill i get it stretched out, but the constant pain has eased up considerably. I stopped taking all joint supps when i started Flexible, so i am really pleased with the progress so far.

    Yikes! That's rough dude!

    For that forearm pain, try using dumbbells for all bicep movements for a while. I found I develop the same thing when I over use barbells
