Little background on me.
37 years old, 5'10" 200lbs. multiple surgeries (3 shoulder, 1 knee, 1 wrist, 2 kidney stone). So any extra that can assist in keeping me feeling good is a bonus.
Lift 6 days a week with cardio all 7. Routine and intensity will vary from time to time based on how the joints feel. However, the goal is always lift as heavy as I can on that given day.
Current supps are multi and protein. Always keeping it simple.
