Alright Initial thoughts.

Prior to receiving AX I had ran out of my prior BCAA for about a week and instead of having some on hand until the AX arrived I decided to go a little bit without any BCAA just to see if I could get a feel for AX.

The week without any BCAA was definitely noticeable. I felt more sore then usual, which tells me that BCAAs are a major factor in my recovery
I've now worked out a couple of times with the AX and I can safely say that with addition of BCAAs back in the mix, my body is back to feeling "normal".

AX Stacked BCAAs initial Review
Mixibility: 10/10, I've been mixing it a water bottle just fine. no clumping.

Taste: 7/10, I was a little surprised. AX claims to have the best tasting BCAAs, but I would have to disagree. Not saying that the taste is bad, just nothing I would rave about.

Profile: AX Stacked has a very basic profile with 5 grams of BCAAs with a standard 2:1:1. This to me makes it a very nice BCAA to have around to use pre/intra/post or anytime of the day. Keeping things simple can easily be a convenience.

Performance: As stated above, without having any BCAAs for awhile and then starting back up with AX Stacked, there was a clear feeling of better recovery which is awesome to see in such a short amount of time.

AX Stacked has already made its mark to me and could very easily be used by anyone looking to supplement with BCAAs. I'll keep everyone up to date with my workouts throughout the next couple of weeks and post addidtional thoughts.

Hey guys, time for some catching up

Monday 8:00 am - fasted cardio, two scoops AX stacked intra
10 mins HIT elliptical
35 mins LISS incline treadmill
Im currently doing IF, so the BCAAs are crucial to have, as I wait till noon for my first meal.

6:00 pm - Chest two scoops AX Stacked intra
Incline BB- warmup
225- x10,x10,x10, x10
Decline BB- 225 x15, 275 x 10, 275 x10, 315 x6
Machine Flat- x15, x15, x15, (drop set- x15,x15, x10)
Cable fly- x15, x15, x15
hat
I felt really good after this workout, I have to give a lot of credit to the fact that Sunday was a refeed and I gorged my face off. I also feel that AX stacked is doing its job, soreness is no more then usual and definitely less then without BCAAs.

good to hear and as far as the flavor. We found that users preferred a lighter flavor, so the flavor isn't dominate in the product.
It is simple in design to allow it to be stacked.
2 biggest feedback markers. light flavor. easy to stack.
i.e. no carbs.

Not to pimp an additional product, but this pairs up phenomenally well with Supersize.
You can try it with other products if you want since the flavor is light.
I actually add it to my tea, to make it semi-sweet.
20oz. tea. 1 scoop stacked. boooooooom.

Wednesday Legs
2 scoops AX Stacked Intra

Squat -
Warm up, 135 x10, 225 x10, 315 x8

365 x5, 5

Dropset 365 x5, 315 x5, 275 x5, 225 x10

BB RDL- 225 x12, 12, 12

Single leg press- x12,12,12,12 each leg
extensions/curls super sets 12,12,12

Overall good workout!

Note: Last week I did a fairly similar workout with a heavy drop and later that night I could barely walk and was practically crawling up my steps. This week my legs are sore, but no where near were they were last week. The only change from last week to now is that last week I did not use any BCAA's and for this session I did. Everything else compared between the workouts were the same, lifted at the same time, nutrition same (minus the BCAA),

Then you the do same for the next workout and aim to get more then you did last time. i.e. next week i would hope to get more then 6 and If i get 10 then I add another set)

back to updating, this weekend kept me busy, but its back to business.

Last Friday was an arm day, had a nice pump

Saturday, I did abs and cardio
Sunday I was off, and enjoyed a very nice refeed where I stuffed my face with pizza.

Monday- Chest

Flat BB Bench- warmup
225x12, 275x6, 275x6, 295x5, 315x3
Incline DB- 80x12,80x12, 90x10,90x10
Decline hammer press- 12,12,10,10
Incline flyes- 12,12,12
pushups 3 sets to failure

Very happy after this workout, I've had a lagging shoulder injury for quite some time and have stayed away from any and all flat benching. (which is strange, inclines don't seem to bother, just flat) with that being said, For being the first time in over a year attempting 315 on flat, I am over satisfied.

Still been dosing AX at two scoops and everything seems great.

I did cardio this morning, and will being hitting back later.

Stay Swole!

Wednesday Legs

****do not attempt, unless you plan on not moving for a day or two******

I had the awesome opportunity to train with a very well respected "guru" from my area who has won multiple natural competitions throughout years. He is known for being very old school, balls to wall, 110%, blood and guts, go big or go home, etc, mentality. needless to say possibly one of the best leg workout I can remember having, and I takes legs very seriously, sad to say though i think this may have been one of his easier sessions for him.

warm up - light extension

Hack Squat 315x20 365x17 405x12 405x11
superset w/ leg press 600x18 700x16 800x13 800x10
*everything to failure*

single Leg extension single drop (100x12,60x10) (100x12,60x10) (100x10, 60x10)

Single leg curl 80x15, 100x15, 120x15, (120x15, 70x12)

Smith RDL 135x20, 225x15, 225x15, 225x15

This workout was last night, and my legs are still pulsating just sitting here. lovin it! two scoop Stacked, I don't want to know how sore I would have been without those BCAAs.

Hey everyone, things have been great!

Its been hectic over the past few days, and haven't had a good chance to sit down and log, but I've still been finding time to hit the gym hard and see some great gains.

Still dosing the BCAAs at two scoops. Something to note, my diet has been on point. I've been cutting pretty hard and even with the calorie deficit and training hard, my strength has stayed steady and in some lifts have slightly gone up. I'm not going to attribute all of this to Ax Stacked, but any BCAA should be an essential in anyone's supplement stock. It has definitely helped me from losing muscle and I don't feel as sore compared to without BCAAs.

I'm starting to run low on Stacked, and probably will be finished by the end of the week, I'll post up a few more workouts and give a detail summary/review in the coming days.

Alright guys, sad to say, but I am officially out of AX Stacked BCAAs.

Looking back at my initial review, my thoughts are pretty much the same. I would make a slight adjustment to the taste and probably make it a 8 or 9, throughout the past few weeks, I began to really enjoy having a mild tasting BCAA that still had taste.

I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a straight BCAA with a 2:1:1 ratio. I've always been a fan of any product keeping things simple and having the necessities. This will definitely be something I purchase in the future.

Once again thanks to everyone over at AX!
