First I want to say thank you to Formutech Nutrition for allowing me to test and log this thermogenic powder.
I started it a couple days ago and didn't get a chance to log it here but I will give you guys what I thought about it.
Diet- 300 below maintenance. Diet is mainly high in protein, moderate fats and low carbs. P-60%, fats 20%, carbs 20%. Carbs are mainly fruits and when it's a refeed it'll be oats, brown rice, yams, wheat bagel or a cheat meal.
Training- heavy compounds wit super sets and minimal rest periods of 30-40 seconds in between. I train 5-6 times per week.
Before I started this I was using so I will dose and compare the two.
