Glad you're feeling better bro....in for some full body work outs...you're going to need Stimul8Hey gang, apologies for my absence but I haven't done anything since last Wednesday due some minor illness and stomach issues. We're all good now though so I hit the gym today in full Stimul8'd force! I wanted to try and hit all muscle groups since I've been off for a week so I stuck to one exercise and increased the volume. But as you can see I wasn't quite ready to pull it off yet. I will say that the stimul8 had me revved the fug up! The most I'd had for stims since last week was coffee, so that little scoop of magic energy I took this morning had me throwing the weights around... notice the PR! :-D
