  4. I think, one scoop is where it is at for me. That said, I typically use 2 or 3 scoops of other preworkouts - I could not imagine doing so with stimul8.

  10. Day 6 09.30.13

    Back to that .75 scoop today or more like a .65 scoop actually. Exactly the same feelings as before, and again training on an empty stomach this morning. I timed it better today also, finishing warmup and right about the time I was moving into the actual training is when Stimul8 became noticeable.

    Training:

    5 min stretch with some jacks (warmup)

    Standing DB Press/Front Raise Super-Set
    25x12x12x4

    Standing DB Side Raise
    15x4x12

    Bent Over DB Fly
    15x4x12

    Body Weight Close Grip Pushup/DB Curls (25lbs) Super-Set
    20 reps / 4 sets

    I kept the weight a little on the lighter side and just really focused on good form and a quality squeeze. The training felt very good today, for some reason I just enjoyed it a little bit more than normal. Probably because I had the day off from work and I found that sweet spot for the pre.

  11. Day 7 10.01.2013

    Chest day! Only slept about 5 hrs last night and I have been sluggin around all dayum day. Our dogs woke me up messing around and I just couldn't get back to sleep. Getting dressed to train there was doubt I wouldn't do well due to be tired and not well rested but things always have a way of working themselves out once you get there.

    Well I'm wide awake now, the training today was solid and the gym wasn't packed! That always makes for a good day. Stimul8 was very helpful today considering the lack of sleep and low energy level showing up to train. Without doubt I respond quickly to this pre and sipping on it just as I'm walking into the gym/just before warmup is the best way for me to dose it.

  16. Day 8 10.03.13

    Feeling sleepy before my afternoon cardio today. I blame it on having to be awake by 5am today. As soon as I walked in the house I started changing into my training clothes, dropped .5 serving of stimul8 into my shaker and waited about 10 mins while I stretched then jumped right into it.

    Today's cardio was basic but effective. Mixed up a circuit of frog hops, hopping lunges, side lunges, pushups, jump squats, jumping jacks, high knees and just stationary jogging. I did all those moves in repetition for 1 mins time each for a total of 40 mins. The only time I stopped was to take a sip of water and a few times to rest my feet. I really need to keep this up so my feet can get stronger and no longer burn like hell doing these types of movements.

  17. Day 9 10.04.13

    Feeling good today! I got a good nights sleep, eating very healthy, the weather is getting better and today is leg day!!!

    Stimul8 = .5 serving

    StairMaster 8 minute warmup

    Leg Extensions
    10x4

    Leg Press/Calf Raise Super-Set
    10x5

    Hamstring Curl/Kettle Bell Swing Super-Set
    12x4

    Seated Calf Raise/Back Squad Super-Set
    10x2

    Cardio and Cool-Down on StairMaster for 12 minutes follow up by 5 minutes of various stretching.

    Training today was great. Felt very energized thanks to a good night sleep and the aid of Stimul8. I was able to complete that entire session in just under an hour. The thermo effects where very noticeable today, my legs don't typically sweat all to much but today I had to put that mandatory gym towel to work.

  18. I forgot to mention a friend of mine stopped by the other day to pick up some BCAA I had shipped to the house so we could split the cost of shipping on our supps. He saw the container of Stimul8 on the counter and asked about it. I put .75 scoop in a baggie for him and just sent him on his way without explaining anything about it. Well I got a text message this morning that read, "I tired that pre workout man, it was insane". I guess he liked it

  23. Can't pull that one on my training buddy.....gave him max pump and ignite2 without any explanation...he was sweating like a pig and all pumped and psyched up

    Now he doesn't trust me anymore and wants to know before hand....lol

    Needless to say ofcourse....he loved the max pump and ignite2.

    Wonder how he will react to stimul8...

    Long day in the gym this afternoon completing all that in about an 1hr and 35 minutes. I had a ton of energy going into training again on the strength of a good nights sleep, a quality diet and using Stimul8. The thermo was a very nice feeling again and since I'm thinking about it, I've been home now for just over and hour and I still feel pretty good. My body is fatigued but the energy level is still high and there is no crash happening.

  27. Long stim hang time is e****lent. Not only do you dodge that dreaded crash but the thermogenic aspect stay in effect burning up those last few calories before meal time.

  29. Day 11 10.07.13

    Stimul8 = .5 serving

    Training:

    Circuit Training

    30 High Knees
    20 Bent-Arm DB Pullover
    20 Squats
    20 Pushups
    30 Crunches
    20 Shoulder Press
    20 Mountain Climbers

    20 mins of various cardio moves after the circuit training, jumping jacks, alternating lunches, hops etc...

    Today's training took just about 55 minutes to complete. I kept the heart rate up and took breaks when my body needed. The intensity was solid and the sweating was on point again. I finished up about 30 minutes ago and I'm still warm and feeling pretty good. Later today I may have to run some sprints with a friend, that isn't going to feel good!

  30. Have to do a mobile phone update. Today has been a very busy day. I dosed .5 serving again today but it was to close to my morning cup of coffee. That bad idea makes me feel over stimmed. So for stim weaklings I would advise not to do that.

    Training:

    Tabata style circit today so I could burn some cals. 20 secs on and 10 secs rest.

    High knees
    Burpees
    Frog Hops
    Hopping Lunges
    Side Lunges
