    Day 7 10.01.2013

Chest day! Only slept about 5 hrs last night and I have been sluggin around all dayum day. Our dogs woke me up messing around and I just couldn't get back to sleep. Getting dressed to train there was doubt I wouldn't do well due to be tired and not well rested but things always have a way of working themselves out once you get there.

    Stimul8 = .75 scoop

    Training:

    8 mins Stairmaster (Warmup)

    Incline BB Press
    95x12x1
    115x12x1
    135x10x2

    Flat DB Fly
    27.5x10x2
    35x10x2

    Standing Cable Pull
    27.5x10x3
    27.5/22.5/17.5/12.5 Dropset to Failure

    Decline Bench
    185x10x2
    205x6x2
    135x8x1

    BW Dips
    18x1
    14x2
    12x1
    10x1

    10 mins Stairmaster & Stretch

Well I'm wide awake now, the training today was solid and the gym wasn't packed! That always makes for a good day. Stimul8 was very helpful today considering the lack of sleep and low energy level showing up to train. Without doubt I respond quickly to this pre and sipping on it just as I'm walking into the gym/just before warmup is the best way for me to dose it.

The come down is slow but noticeable. Absolutely no crash like others I have tried in the past. The go hard feelings seems to last about 1.5 hours for me and the total uplift in energy is in the 3-4hr range. 4hrs is noticeable when I dose on an empty stomach.

    Day 8 10.03.13

Feeling sleepy before my afternoon cardio today. I blame it on having to be awake by 5am today. As soon as I walked in the house I started changing into my training clothes, dropped .5 serving of stimul8 into my shaker and waited about 10 mins while I stretched then jumped right into it.

Today's cardio was basic but effective. Mixed up a circuit of frog hops, hopping lunges, side lunges, pushups, jump squats, jumping jacks, high knees and just stationary jogging. I did all those moves in repetition for 1 mins time each for a total of 40 mins. The only time I stopped was to take a sip of water and a few times to rest my feet. I really need to keep this up so my feet can get stronger and no longer burn like hell doing these types of movements.

    Day 9 10.04.13

Feeling good today! I got a good nights sleep, eating very healthy, the weather is getting better and today is leg day!!!

    Stimul8 = .5 serving

    Training:

    StairMaster 8 minute warmup

    Leg Extensions
    10x4

    Leg Press/Calf Raise Super-Set
    10x5

    Hamstring Curl/Kettle Bell Swing Super-Set
    12x4

    Seated Calf Raise/Back Squad Super-Set
    10x2

Cardio and Cool-Down on StairMaster for 12 minutes follow up by 5 minutes of various stretching.

Training today was great. Felt very energized thanks to a good night sleep and the aid of Stimul8. I was able to complete that entire session in just under an hour. The thermo effects where very noticeable today, my legs don't typically sweat all to much but today I had to put that mandatory gym towel to work.

I forgot to mention a friend of mine stopped by the other day to pick up some BCAA I had shipped to the house so we could split the cost of shipping on our supps. He saw the container of Stimul8 on the counter and asked about it. I put .75 scoop in a baggie for him and just sent him on his way without explaining anything about it. Well I got a text message this morning that read, "I tired that pre workout man, it was insane". I guess he liked it

Can't pull that one on my training buddy.....gave him max pump and ignite2 without any explanation...he was sweating like a pig and all pumped and psyched up

Now he doesn't trust me anymore and wants to know before hand....lol

Needless to say ofcourse....he loved the max pump and ignite2.

Wonder how he will react to stimul8...

    Day 10 10.6.13

    Stimul8: .75 Scoop

    Training:

    BW Pullups/Seated Cable Row Super-Set
    10x3

Wide Grip Lat Pull Down/Rope Pull Down Super-Set
    10x3

    Cable Cross-Over
    10x3

Single Arm Lat Pull Down/Under Hand Grip Machine Row Super-Set
    10x3

    Decline Machine Press
    12x4

    BW Decline Triangle Push-up
    20x18x14

    45lb Standing Side Bend/Leg Lift Super-Set
    15x15x15x4

    Stair-Master
    20 Minutes

Long day in the gym this afternoon completing all that in about an 1hr and 35 minutes. I had a ton of energy going into training again on the strength of a good nights sleep, a quality diet and using Stimul8. The thermo was a very nice feeling again and since I'm thinking about it, I've been home now for just over and hour and I still feel pretty good. My body is fatigued but the energy level is still high and there is no crash happening.

Long stim hang time is excellent. Not only do you dodge that dreaded crash but the thermogenic aspect stay in effect burning up those last few calories before meal time.

Great workout Noosh. Looking good in here bud!

    Day 11 10.07.13

    Stimul8 = .5 serving

    Training:

    Circuit Training

    30 High Knees
    20 Bent-Arm DB Pullover
    20 Squats
    20 Pushups
    30 Crunches
    20 Shoulder Press
    20 Mountain Climbers

20 mins of various cardio moves after the circuit training, jumping jacks, alternating lunches, hops etc...

Today's training took just about 55 minutes to complete. I kept the heart rate up and took breaks when my body needed. The intensity was solid and the sweating was on point again. I finished up about 30 minutes ago and I'm still warm and feeling pretty good. Later today I may have to run some sprints with a friend, that isn't going to feel good!

Have to do a mobile phone update. Today has been a very busy day. I dosed .5 serving again today but it was to close to my morning cup of coffee. That bad idea makes me feel over stimmed. So for stim weaklings I would advise not to do that.

    Training:

Tabata style circit today so I could burn some cals. 20 secs on and 10 secs rest.

    High knees
    Burpees
    Frog Hops
    Hopping Lunges
    Side Lunges

Back to weights either tomorrow or Friday.

    Day 12 10.11.2013

Finally back in the gym tonight to lift some wight. One of my favorite times to go, FRIDAY NIGHTS! There isn't a ton of people who enjoy training on a Friday night so almost everything is available!!!

    Stimul8 = .5 Serving

    Training:

    5 min incline walk (Warmup)

    Machine Fly
    10x3

    Decline BB Bench
    6x3

    Incline BB Bench
    6x3

    BW Dips
    14x3

    Standing Cable Raise
    10x3

    Seated Incline DB Press
    10x2

    Seated Hammer Cable Press
    10x3

    Seated Preacher Curl
    10x3

    Standing Cable Curl
    10x3

    Standing DB Hammer Curl
    10x3

    Weighted Side Bends/Crunch Super-Set
    15x3

    Weighted Side Bends/Leg Raise Super-Set
    15x4

Some random/various ab work for another 6 sets

20 mins on Stair-Stepper followed by some needed stretching

EXTREMELY happy with Stimul8 tonight. I worked a 10hr shift today with a 20 minute break only. Spent that entire time on my feet walking all over the place doing all kinds of random whatevers. When I left and headed to workout I was tired and kind of pissed about my work day. I was certain my training would be garbage because I was tired and mentally drained but that did not happen at all. Once I had my drink, got into the doors of the gym, put on some music and something just clicked.

That's the best thing about a good pre work out, it gets you through the work outs even after a ****ty day.

Tonight I did share half a scoop with a different friend who was working out with me tonight. I was not evil and just throw it at him without warning this time. After a good coaching on what to expect he was all in. Funny how people who are not familiar with a thermo react to it. He kept asking me why he was sweating so much, said he felt wet and nasty! LoL!!! I told him to get over it. The training went well again after another long day at work and I have a feeling I'll be very sore tomorrow. It's leg day though, so it doesn't matter.

Today's training took about 1hr and 30 mins. I completely soaked my shirt in sweat today and during that back half of the workout a lady came over and asked me to use the stepper because she wanted to try some of the movements I was doing. That made me feel kinda good I gotta admit. Stimul8 is still providing me some some crazy energy. I haven't had good days like these so consistently since last year. Definitely enjoying this.

Sometimes when you try something new you want it to work so bad that maybe ya fool yourself into believing it? That is why I had to give a few scoops away and see how others responded. This stuff is absolutely on point!

I handed out samples this last week at my gym to some guys who I know are regulars and the feed back was awesome. Took some to the local shops as well and the owners are placing orders after trying it for themselves

    Day 15 10.15.13

    Stimul8= .80 Serving

Training was all over the place today

    Training:

    Machine Shoulder Press
    20x2 (Warmup)

    Cable Side Raise
    10x3

    Machine Shoulder Press
    10x3

    Machine Lat Pull-Down
    10x3

    Machine Row
    10x3

    Overhead Tricep Rope Extension
    20x4

    Rope Tricep Curls
    14x4

    Stair-Master
    20 Minutes

Today I took my wife's little sister to the gym. She is a senior in high school so today was more about teaching some different movements and explaining proper form. We did some other things but I didn't bother putting them in the log because it was a single set of teaching something. Even though it became somewhat of organized chaos it was still effective and we both got a good workout in. NO I DID NOT GIVE HER STIMUL8! Child abuse!!! No chills to report coming from over here. I guess that effect doesn't visit with everyone, but those damn sweats continue to show up. Taking multiple showers a day over here people.

Mr. Noosh holding class boiii! Good job going in there and helping out a newbie. If we are not sharing our experience and knowledge with others then we are missing out on a large part of this journey called fitness.

    Day 16 10.17.13

Tried MrKleen's DB Workout today. I saw it one of the threads here and gave it a go. Needed to train at home today, no time for travel and gym then off to work.

    Stimul8= .75 Serving

    Dumbbell Workout 1 20 reps / 3 giant sets Rotation 1

    Dead Lifts
    Flat Bench Press
    Squat
Wide DB Bent over Rows (elbows out)
    Romanian Dead Lift
    DB Shrugs
    Arnold press
    Lunge Squats
    DB Curls

I followed this with a 5 min cool down of stationary jogging and stretching. After that I jumped into 10 mins of HIIT using jump squats and burpees w/ a pushup then another 5 min cool down. My body is tired but that was a solid session of weights/cardio. Now I can head into work with a clear head and feeling good knowing I didn't waste my morning bullsh*t'n around!

I used 25lb dumbbells for the entire workout. There were times I struggled getting through and had to stop. Holding onto those weights for lunch a long period time puts a strain on the grip and my forearms started to burn like crazy.

    Day 17 10.18.2013

This was another sweaty heart racing morning

    Stimul8= .5 serving

    Training:

    Side Raise
    4x10

    Front Raise
    4x10

    Arnold Press
    4x10 -

30 seconds of jumping jacks between each set of shoulders

Tabata Circuit 20 seconds on 10 seconds off 8 sets of each
    High Knees
    Burpees
    Jumping Lunges
    Jumping Squats
    Single Leg Lunge

My legs have been sore from the past days of this cardio/circuit stuff I have been doing. There was a few times I had to stop and re-adjust when my legs wanted to give out and the DOMS are killing my hamstrings right now!!! The training is going very well tho, I cannot complain one bit.
