    OH YEA, It's that time again, time to increase blood flow to my.....muscles.... increase test, and attempt to make some babies!

    Special thanks to Aaron, Grambo, and all the purus reps for giving me a chance to make a believer out of me!

    Island punch, well, I wasn't interested in trying this, but the reps were so pumped about the taste, I was like, okay, lets put it to the test!

    so far, this is the best tasting fruit punch inspired pre workout I've ever tasted.

    Got the video of intial opening/taste/mixability done, just gotta get it up! (no pun intended)

  6. work out today:

    5 x 10x80lb ass to floor front squat with shouler press

    4x 10 x 155 ass to floor back squat, super set with 55lb d/b shoulder press

    4x10x 135 good mornings s/s with 60lb b/b bent over curl

    Calf raises b/w + pushing my self down, 3x10, ss with 20lb d/b lateral raises.

    quick workout, but the intensity fried my legs. not sure about the rest, but my quads are already sore.

  12. great back workout today.

    started with body weight pull ups, 10x5 sets

    into shrugs with bar behind me, 10x5

    pronated rows, 10x3

    bent over d/b rows, 10x3

    reverse fly/scare crow (cable) combo, 15x3

    power pull ups, (trying to pull up an push over the bar, not there yet, almost) 10x4

    took the full 3 tabs of dpol along with condense today, with no gi issues. the tabs are def better on the gi tract, than the powder. weird.

    Watched generation iron yesterday.

    Hit arms/shoulder today.
    Gave my pops and lifting bud 8 servings of condense each to try so I can get their feed back.
    Pumps today though we're great.
    Time to bulk up, my friend is now 5lbs heavier than me. Can't have that.
    ****s getting serious. I've lost too much weight over the summer.

  24. great workout today. I'm going to be using x-gels, glycophase, and bulbine as well, for the next few weeks.

    didn't notice any gi distress from the condense/dpol today, just some protein farts..

    switching up to single leg everything d/t a noticeable imbalance in my legs, most recently noted by my lifting buddy. need to make up the size. it's about a half inch. (right is 21 1/2, left is 21) right is way stronger than left.

    Pistol squat in smith machine: bar x 10 x 3

    single leg dead lift: bar x 10, 100x10, 120x10

    single leg press: 90x10x3

    single leg calf raise: 135 x 10 x 3

    legs are pretty shaky, not used to this.

  27. looking over the warnings for Cialis, it states not to mix with nitrates. pretty sure it's referring to rx nitrates, but wondered if anyone has mixed with condense?

    Natural nitrates are nowhere hear the potency of RX nitrates.
    It's something to be aware of (look for extra hypotension response) but not overly worrisome. I know enough people who've used them simultaneously without trouble.

    last week straight up sucked balls for me. had a nerve die in my molar tooth, so killed my workouts. all I got was Monday/shoulders/arms.

    had a root canal an crown done on Thursday, recovered during the weekend, and hit that chit hard today.

    internal/external rotation: 15x10, 17.5x10, 20x10
    s/s with
    scare crows for the warm up: 5x10, 7.5x10, 10x10

    all the bb racks were taken, so I had to use the shoulder press machine for my press: 100x10x3

    reverse cable flys: 10e/s x 10x3
    s/s with:
    cable front shrugs 10 platese/s x 20 x 3 (just because)

    neutral grip front cble raises: 30x10x3

    lateral raises: 20x10x3 (with another finisher set at 10lbs, twisting the thumbs up while arms are full extended/horizontal)
    s/s with
    b/b partial curls (curl to 90 degrees) 50x10x3

    hammer curls: 45 (in the middle)x10, 35 (on the outside)x10, 30(on the inside)x10
    s/s with
    b/b kickbacks: (new to doing it with the b/b, so went light) 20x10x3

    single arm cable pull down 50x10x3
    s/s with
    single arm pronated grip cable curls 30x10x3


    finished up with 1 set on the lat raise machine: 30lb x 50 reps x 1

    then:

    pronated grip machine reverse fly's 25x20x3
    s/s with
    body weight shoulder presses b/w x 30x3
