  3. looking over the warnings for Cialis, it states not to mix with nitrates. pretty sure it's referring to rx nitrates, but wondered if anyone has mixed with condense?

    Natural nitrates are nowhere hear the potency of RX nitrates.
    It's something to be aware of (look for extra hypotension response) but not overly worrisome. I know enough people who've used them simultaneously without trouble.

    last week straight up sucked balls for me. had a nerve die in my molar tooth, so killed my workouts. all I got was Monday/shoulders/arms.

    had a root canal an crown done on Thursday, recovered during the weekend, and hit that chit hard today.

    internal/external rotation: 15x10, 17.5x10, 20x10
    s/s with
    scare crows for the warm up: 5x10, 7.5x10, 10x10

    all the bb racks were taken, so I had to use the shoulder press machine for my press: 100x10x3

    reverse cable flys: 10e/s x 10x3
    s/s with:
    cable front shrugs 10 platese/s x 20 x 3 (just because)

    neutral grip front cble raises: 30x10x3

    lateral raises: 20x10x3 (with another finisher set at 10lbs, twisting the thumbs up while arms are full extended/horizontal)
    s/s with
    b/b partial curls (curl to 90 degrees) 50x10x3

    hammer curls: 45 (in the middle)x10, 35 (on the outside)x10, 30(on the inside)x10
    s/s with
    b/b kickbacks: (new to doing it with the b/b, so went light) 20x10x3

    single arm cable pull down 50x10x3
    s/s with
    single arm pronated grip cable curls 30x10x3


    finished up with 1 set on the lat raise machine: 30lb x 50 reps x 1

    then:

    pronated grip machine reverse fly's 25x20x3
    s/s with
    body weight shoulder presses b/w x 30x3

    great pump, everything feels tight!

    anyways, this being all natural stuff sucks. but gotta keep it until the wife is pregnant. then it's on.

    took a scoop of condense an 2 dpol tabs (this is the dose I've decided on) about 30min pre workout. tingles are much more manageable now that I've been using this for a while.

    workout today was Legs & Back (cause I missed legs yesterday, had to make myself suffer for slacking)

    worked out with my buddy at golds today, first time ever being in one. actually thought it was a bit ghetto. n e ways.

    legs ss with back. def didn't hit as much of each as if we had been focusing on one. but we only had a hour an a half.

    squats:

    warm up sets: 135x10, then another one ass to grass 135x10

    185x10 ass to floor (this is as heavy as I was able to go an maintain form)

    210x10 3/4 squats (broke the knee plane)

    225x10 1/2 squats ( level with knees)

    next, pull ups:

    bwx10x3 (damn muscle got so pumped from this, it felt like it was tearing from the bone wasn't enjoyable)

    dead lifts:

    135x10
    185x10
    225x10

    Seated Cable Row:

    165x10
    195x10
    185x10

    Lex extensions:

    110x10
    120x10
    130x10
    (didn't go heavier cause I was freaking tired, I've been up since 3am)

    High row:

    140x10
    210x10
    270x5
    270x5

    good workout. came home made a shake of hydro whey isolate + hydro whey 520. yum.

    just bought a tub of enhanced to see what all the fuss is about, took a serving pre workout Friday cause I just had to.

    It's got nothing on condense. taste, effective, energy, pumps, all better.

    sorry, im not a sheep jumping on the band wagon.

    going to run a log of it when I finish condense since I now have a whole tub of funky flavored blue raz (how do you mess up blue raz?)


  9. My Condense is about out. Probably this week. The effects I used to notice in the beginning I'm not seeing so much of now. Hows it treating you towards the end?

    ConDense is legit; unfortunately between all the coffee I drink and other PWOs I use, caffeine content dictates I drop it from my arsenal.

    I think im hyper sensitive to beta alanine, cause I'm just now getting used to the ba. other than that, it's working great.

    island punch flavor is good, but like the apple better. going to have to try the melon next.

  13. Dude I hear you on the whole being natty thing...my wife's trying to get preggo too so im off everything for a while. I miss the BA tingles I used to get from condense. I probably should cycle off stims for a while but I don't see that happening. The melon isnt bad by anymeans but not my fav. Its really good if u mix it with the apple though. Nice log so far jbry

    another great workout with the legit enhancement brought on from condense.

    warm up with scarecrows & internal/external rotations

    behind the neck bb press didn't go heavy with these, only up to 120lbs

    d/b shoulder press 30,40,50x10 (tried to get the 60's but needed a spot an didn't have one)

    d/b bent over reverse flys. 20x10x30

    front raise 40x10x3

    d/b lat raise drop sets, 20x10,17.5x10,15x10 x 3 (shoulders were on fire after this)

    smith single arm shrugs: 85x20, 135x10, 100x10, (then a final set with two hands at 85x40)

    machine preacher curl ss with tricep extensions, 70,60,50x10
    then continued with machine preach curl single hand 20,15,10x10 ss with cble tri ext supinated grip 70,90,90x10

    great pump an focus. love the good clean feeling I get from condense. no jitters or bad stuff.

    dpol I feel like keeps me full all day, an ready to rock when the wife feels the need. make some thunder an bust some lightning....

    condense: taste great,
    mixes literally with a spoon,
    kicks in super quick even on a full stomach,
    Great endurance, energy, focus
    No jitters,
    No crash,
    Oh, an did I mention the pumps!

    Dpol: fuller thorough out the day,
    Ready to get it on any time.
    Libido is rockin

    Cons
    Condense: no agmatine, or cit-malate
    That's it.

    Dpol:
    Taken with condense ( at the same time ) can give some gastro intestinal distress.
    That's it.

    Love condense, recommend it to everyone.
