AMS Anabolic growth kit log
Hey guys, started my first doses of the first kit today. Will be running 2 of each andro 1/4 ad/decavol, spaced about two hours apart.
Looking to gain some lean mass, and for strength to increase as well. I plan on running it for 8 weeks like this, and eating to get close to 200 lbs.
Height: 5' 10"
Will be posting lifts each day and overall feeling. Weight up dates as I feel like it. At least weekly.

Basically what I've been doing for the past two years. Doing IF with feeding window from 2-10. Eating decent amount of meats and veggies with junk food as I feel that is allowed/needed.

First Leg workout today
Dosed all three 2 hours apart up until workout
Preworkout with bcaa's, beta alanine, Creatine.
Low bar Squats up to 320x2 330x1x3 255x8
Pin squats at 225x6
Deficit deadlifts up to 355x1x3
Good morning 160x6x5
Seated calf raises
Post workout with aminos and Creatine right after, 50g protein shake 1 hour after.
Smashed food like crazy, as usual after leg day.
Overall impression after first day: tablets taste pretty good, and dissolve easily. Decavol seems to take a little longer, but no big deal.

Back workout today. Worked out a little later than usual, but still was a solid workout.
Straight arm pull downs
Got a sweet pump, perhaps more so than usual.
Oh yeah, also worked up to a couple singles at 250 on bench, had a guy helping me with form so why not

Spaced out each morning dose 1.5 hours apart up until my workout.
Preworkout with caffeine, bcaas, beta alanine, Creatine.
Bench press: 5/3/1 to 240
165x8x5 to work on leg drive
Floor press: 235x1x6
145x3, 145x1x4 with lat raises
Chin ups x5 between each set
Close grip incline bench
Decline dumbbell flies
Cable triceps and face pulls
Had good energy today during my workout, despite only 5 hours of sleep.
Ate about 3500 kcal today w/ 200g pro
Hopefully energy continues like this.

Had a busy last few days.
Took Thursday off from the gym, foam rolled a bunch, Got some work done, ate some food.
Friday back to the gym for legs and back.
Power clean: 185x1x10 145x5x3
Olympic squat: 165/185/205x10 135x20
Barbell shrug: 315x10x3 365x3 405x3x3 455x1x6
Drop set 405x10 down to 135
Front squat: 185x6/3/2 135x12
T bar row: 155x10x5
Bulgarian split squats 120x6x4
Cable rows 200x8x3
Delt destroyers: 50x8->15x20 x3
Ended with some light leg press, calf raises, rear delts and lat pull downs.
Pumped all over and exhausted.

Monday, back to the gym. Hit legs hard, and lower back.

Close stance good morning:
Finished with some Glute ham raises, hyperextensions, leg curls and abs.
Had good energy the whole time, much more than usual. Seems like the stuff is kicking in.
I'm looking bigger and a little leaner, so that's good. Hitting back later today, then weighing in for the first time tomorrow morning. Hoping to see a pound or two heavier.

Did back late this afternoon after my second dose of 4-ad. Got a crazy pump, without as much volume as my back days usually have.

Well for anyone who is interested, I weighed in this morning, still fasted at 194.1. That's up 3 lbs in 10 days. Been eating like an animal, but looking just as lean. Excited to see what is going to happen in the next ten days.

Push day today.
Used Finiflex STIMUL8 preworkout today, only half a scoop, with some BCAA's and Beta Alanine. Gotta say that stuff is legit.
Bench Press: 5/3/1 (week 1)
warm up to 220x7
Overhead Press: ss w/ lat raises
Close Grip Incline Bench: ss w/ Decline flys
Decline Dumbbell Flys: (Haven't done flys for over a year, cause they irritate my shoulder but these feel great)
ended with facepulls, overhead tricep rope, pushdowns, one arm extension.

Yesterday did back and legs, hypertrophy day.
Legs are certainly feeling it today.
Stuff is kicking in, way more energy in the gym. Usually do a lot of volume, but towards the end energy typically drops off. No drop off in this workout. Good stuff.

Ended with arm work with cables.
Sick pump today, definitely looking bigger, feeling stronger.
I'm excited for weeks 3-4 as that's when people say it really starts kicking in.

Speaking of preworkouts, only got like 4.5 hours of sleep last night, due to traveling/having to get to work earlier than usual.
Figured today would be a good day to go for a full scoop of stimul8.
I was not disappointed. Added 2g of beta alanine, 12g bcaas, hit a 5 rep pr on squats. 310x5.

Well today's workout went pretty well, as mentioned above.
Weighed in at 195 again, not sure how much lack if sleep affected that, so will get accurate weight on Wednesday.
Heavy legs today.
Low bar squat:
310x5 rep pr
Deficit deadlift: did minimum on these, as lower back was tired/sore and rounding
Finished with leg curls, hyperextensions and abs.
Pleasantly surprised with my squats today though, especially with a slight pause on the singles.
Been doing more single leg work lately, as in actually doing some, since on heavy sets I tend to shift to the right leg. Did not do that at all today, usually anything over 300 I will. So that's something.

Also, got some AMS augmentor off of a buddy. Not sure how helpful this is/when to take it throughout the day/if I should start it now or just use the last 4 weeks.

Used hemavol for the first time in almost a year. Forgot how crazy the pumps are. Good quick workout.

Wednesday, weighed in at 196.5. Up one since last week. So that seems good.
Chest, shoulders, triceps workout.
235x1 240x1 245x1 these went up real easy
Shoulder press: ss with side raises
Close grip incline press: ss with flys
155x10 Rep PR, did not expect this many.
Decline dumbbell flys:
Did chin ups between most pressing sets
Finished up with a bunch of cable triceps.
Strength on everything has been going up. Really enjoying this run so far.

Warm up with squats:
Bulgarian split squats: (tired of my right leg being so much stronger, so I'll be using these as my main movement for awhile)
Rack pulls, below knee (with sets of 10 shrugs at the top):

Finished with single leg press, cable crunches, calf raises, and rear delt flys.
Legs were significantly stronger. Really noticed on leg press. Will be upping the weight even more on those next week.
Definitely starting to notice these kicking in.

Back and glutes are feeling it today. Just finished up bench and arms. Fiancé noticed that I'm looking bigger so I'll take that as a good sign.
I could tell today that my shoulders are looking way more full than before.
Triceps are still pumped.
Close grip bench:
Cable curls and tricep pushdowns to end.
Took 1 of each 1-andro, 4ad, and decavol before hand, at 10, 12 and 2. Will do 6, 8 and 10 to end the day.
3 weeks down, 5 to go.
Enjoying the run so far!
