  3. Took Thursday off as usual, foam rolled and stretched. Back in the gym on Friday for legs and back.

    Bulgarian split squats: (tired of my right leg being so much stronger, so I'll be using these as my main movement for awhile)

    Legs were significantly stronger. Really noticed on leg press. Will be upping the weight even more on those next week.

    Definitely starting to notice these kicking in.

  4. Back and glutes are feeling it today. Just finished up bench and arms. Fiancé noticed that I'm looking bigger so I'll take that as a good sign.

    I could tell today that my shoulders are looking way more full than before.

    Triceps are still pumped.

    A little over three weeks at this point. I'd say things are going well. Strength is noticeably up, which is a huge plus. I look bigger, weigh more and haven't gotten fatter. So all in all I'm really happy so far.

    Honestly I'm used to a lot of volume, and don't typically get any doms. The only thing I've really been feeling is in the glutes from split squats. Probably since I've only done them 4 times now.

    Weight was 202 this morning, hoping to sit steady around there, maybe lean out a bit.

    After today's workout, I can definitely tell that strength is up. Felt like I could have kept going.

    Took one of each, 1andro, 4ad, decavol spaced 2 hours apart before workout. BCAAs, caffeine, beta alanine preworkout.

    Yeah, it's a pretty good blend, cheap and works well for me.

  23. Yesterday made it in late to the gym after traveling over the weekend. Did a quick hypertrophy workout for chest and arms.

    Got a decent nights sleep, weighed in at 201.

    1-andro and 4ad before my workout, other 4 doses will be after.

    Preworkout was a half scoop of stimul8, beta alanine, bcaas, Creatine.

    PR'd on squats so that's a good day.
