Been a few days since i've had the time to log. Will be catching up.
Couldnt make it in to the gym on tuesday, so I added a little extra on wednesday
Wednesday workout, oct 9
Standing shoulder press: ss 1
Lat raise: ss 1
Close Grip incline bench: ss 2
incline dumbbell flys:
back work between sets of presses
Finished with high rep sets of facepulls and cable triceps

For today's update. Weighed in at 199.5. Pretty happy with that after 4 weeks
Legs and back today.
Bulgarian Split squats:
rack pulls: At knees
T bar row:
Single leg press:
Finished with abs, calves, hyperextensions
Real solid workout. my strength has definitely gone up. Not sure how much is from weight gain, or just from the kit. Either way, i'm happy with it.

Those two last sessions looked to be some serious work? Are you experiencing any DOMS from the increased work?

Today's workout was real solid. Didnt sleep great last night, but managed to have a good day anyways.
Legs and Lower back
Glute ham raise:
Leg curls, abs and rev. hyperextensions to end it.
Was surprised to get 7 at 300 on squat, but i'll take it.
Was supposed to hit a set of 5 on deficit deads, but my back wasnt up to it, so singles will do.

Friday oct 18th
Weight was 202 this morning, hoping to sit steady around there, maybe lean out a bit.
After today's workout, I can definitely tell that strength is up. Felt like I could have kept going.
Took one of each, 1andro, 4ad, decavol spaced 2 hours apart before workout. BCAAs, caffeine, beta alanine preworkout.
Legs and Back, hypertrophy:
Bulgarian Split Squats:
Rack pull: at knees triples up
Single leg press, lat pulldowns, abs, hyperextensions, rear delts for high reps to end.

Your pre-workout cocktail is exactly the same as one of my co-workers. He keeps telling me to try it. Training looks Bruce and the weight is up, things appear to be going well.

Yesterday made it in late to the gym after traveling over the weekend. Did a quick hypertrophy workout for chest and arms.
Finished with high rep cable stuff.

Today's workout was squats an deads.
Got a decent nights sleep, weighed in at 201.
1-andro and 4ad before my workout, other 4 doses will be after.
Preworkout was a half scoop of stimul8, beta alanine, bcaas, Creatine.
PR'd on squats so that's a good day.

Weight sitting at 202, pretty happy with that.
Heavy chest and shoulders
1 andro and 4-ad before workout,
Pre: .5 scoop Stimul8, beta alanine, 10g bcaas, creatine.

Overhead Press: ss with lat raises
Close Grip Incline Bench:
Chin ups between pressing sets as usual, ended workout with high rep tricep cable work.

Been about a week since I've been able to log. Had a busy few days, made it to the gym as planned.
Just going to list any pr's I had.
Friday: workout was set up similar as usual. Back and legs
Split squats PR: 165x5 and 185x3
Bench and arms hypertrophy day. So no PR's
Monday: max effort legs
Low bar squat: 340x2 (PR)
355x1 (PR) missed it the first time due to dropping way to deep in the hole
370x1 (heaviest I've pulled in a while, felt good)
Chest shoulders tris:
250x2 (Rep PR)
155x3 (rep PR)
Lat raises, face pulls ss
Close grip bench press:
Decline flys and rows ss
Ended with cable shrugs and triceps

Been another week since I've updated.
Still hitting PRs, weight is right around 202 consistently, still leaning out a little.
Wednesday: ME upper body press
Bench press: 250x2 (rep PR)
Floor presses: 240x1x6
Ohp 155x3 (Rep PR)
Various tri and shoulder and back work
Thursday: threw in some light triceps
Friday: legs and back
Hang clean: 200x1 (haven't done this much for a while)
205x0x3 bar kept slipping from my hands, not sure why.
Bulgarian split squat: 190x3 (PR) moving on up
Rack pulls, leg press, rows
Saturday: chest and arms
Everything was high rep 10-20
Bench, dips, flys, curls, cables
Will be hitting legs heavy today shortly
