Was off work today and spent it with family. Was able to control my diet but I didn't eat enough.
Did a leg day but didn't have my phone so I didn't record anything. I did squat today but only went up to 365 as heaviest set and hit that for 8 on my last set. I also hit split squats, leg extensions and leg curls. It was a simple leg day but it burned and was adequate.
I also hit 15 minute on stair master and another 30 minute on treadmill. Both moderate but felt good to actually get some cardio in.
Only a couple days left and I wish I would have been more disciplined on cardio. My shoulder messed up my workout intensity and a lot of things with the gym portion of my log. I usually lift heavy with great intensity but my shoulder limits everyday in the gym. Mix that with little cardio and I don't burn as much Cals as I would like. But either way I Def am seeing results and living this stack
