Did 15 minutes faster cardio in the morning. Did about 1.7 miles. Good sweat and start of day. Not much time but better than nothing.
Started with 20 minutes cardio. Sprinted to begin. Did 2 miles in 14:05 minutes. Last 6 minutes was jogging lightly and walking at incline.

Superset a lot of these workouts with body weight ab workouts.
Diet was good today as well.

24 minutes fasted cardio in the morn before work. All treadmill work completed 2.5 miles. Ran at different paces for this session. Very good start to my day.
Didn't keep track of my workout but I did very high volume and fast paced. I did at least 20 sets of leg press sets all around 15 reps . Went up to 1100 pounds and did reps of 10 with that. I superset with leg curls with leg press. I also did leg extensions superset with goblet squats, And then superset leg abductors and adductors. It was a good workout about 55 minutes long.
Diet was decent today. Macros are a little off and prob low. I had lasagna for dinner which brought the Cals up. Protein could have been higher though.

Horrible day. Rest day but went out of town with the family so the diet was horrible. I may have had 10,000 calories lol. Back at it tomorrow. Still out it town and no meals prepared so lets see what happens.

Yea I def used the products yesterday and should have used them more liberally. A couple of the big meals were unexpected.

Another rest day and bad diet day.
Day 22.... Back at it.
Started cardio with 1.5 mile run in 10:18 then finished my cardio with 25 minutes total time, just under 3 miles and 500 calorie burned.

Diet was better today. Time to Get back at it. Needed another meal though

There is a cheat meal trick that Zach has worked on and it has, well for me at least worked wonders to help with Damage Control.

Morning fasted cardio. 20 minutes light cardio. 10 min walk and 10 min jogging.
Pm workout legs
1215x5 (3 sets of calve raises at this weight x 10 after this set)
Leg extensions very short rest periods

Pistol squat (1 legged) body weight
BWx10 each leg
3 sets of 25 reps @ 135 lbs
3 sets of 15 reps @ 90 lbs
45 min and no time for cardio. Good burn and wobbly legs at the end.
Looks like I was using heaping scoops for my Alphamine bc tomorrow I will most likely be running out. All good though. There was 84 servings and I jumped to 3 scoops a day early in the log.
Finished my night with a 25 minute cardio session. Walking and jogging with a good sweat right after dinner and before bed. Felt good to get a cardio session in. It was nothing intense but was a good calorie burn.

Shoulder is still an issue and hurts my workouts but I am able to get a little burn in my chest. My range of motion is poor and weight light but I do the best I can.

I really like the MP which I have only been using post workout but now I started drinking it during larger meals and I really like the mental affect it has as well as physical when mixed with Recompodrol. I feel like I don't bloat as much from the heavier meals and I don't wake up the next day feeling sluggish. That's prob a testament to the aav2 and Alphamine as well. But overall this has been great.
I will be all out of alphamine tomorrow and I'm sad bc I'm down to my last couple days. I like how it jump starts my day with a little more energy and the taste of raspberry lemonade is always good to wake up too.

Started workout with 25 minute treadmill session. 449 calories burned and 2.75 miles ran. Ran at a moderate pace and a slow jog for warm up and cool down.

Busy day but managed to get my gym time in.
Started with 25 minutes of spin bike. Good sweat and great start to workout.
Back and abs today. Didn't record lifts today but I went light on all lifts. T-bar rows only at 125lbs, bent over rows only at 185. Also did fixed machine lat pull down, machine row, and some different variations of cable rows. Decent workout not great. Shoulder bothering me today. Also through in some oblique work as well as cable crunches and hanging leg raises.
20 minute open stride cardio machine to end my workout. Good sweat and a decent machine.

Was off work today and spent it with family. Was able to control my diet but I didn't eat enough.
Did a leg day but didn't have my phone so I didn't record anything. I did squat today but only went up to 365 as heaviest set and hit that for 8 on my last set. I also hit split squats, leg extensions and leg curls. It was a simple leg day but it burned and was adequate.
I also hit 15 minute on stair master and another 30 minute on treadmill. Both moderate but felt good to actually get some cardio in.
Only a couple days left and I wish I would have been more disciplined on cardio. My shoulder messed up my workout intensity and a lot of things with the gym portion of my log. I usually lift heavy with great intensity but my shoulder limits everyday in the gym. Mix that with little cardio and I don't burn as much Cals as I would like. But either way I Def am seeing results and living this stack

Did chest today and kept diet decent. Shoulder is still very inflamed so workouts are pathetic. Did a total if 45 minutes cardio yesterday and a 45 minute very light chest day,lightest than usual actually.

Day 30...end of log
Well it's been a great 30 days. I loved the products and def think they worked well. Very frustrated with my lack of training ability bc of my shoulder. I think I could have had way more results if I could have lifted better. Due to my shoulder I couldn't do a lot and I hardly hit chest even when it was chest day. I think I'm going to take several weeks off from lifting other than legs and abs so I can try and heal appropriately.
Last training day was back. Went to the gym with my wife for the first time in about 8-9 years lol so I didn't log anything again, sorry. I did go lower on weight, higher in reps, and shorter on rest periods. Good pump. Did 15 min stairclimber to start the session. I also did 30 min fast pace walking in the morning fasted.
Diet was ok today but needed another meal.
Will post final review and final pics sometime this week. Hopefully tomorrow. I will try and take the pics tomorrow and find time to complete my final review of both products, the Alphamine and the Aav2. I will do a quick review on the MP and Recompadrol as well.
Also note. I only had 4 pills today so I must have taken a double dose somewhere along the log.

First I want to thank EBF And Cooper for the opportunity to log these great products. I had a great time with them and after reviewing my before and after pictures, I def feel like they worked very well.
All Before pics can be found on page 1 of this thread but here are a couple.
Starting weight: 218.2 lbs
Ending weight: 208.0 lbs
Total loss: 10.2 lbs
Now I want to note that my workouts were not intense and I don't feel like I burned nearly as much calories lifting as I did when healthy, I also didn't do much cardio. I didn't do as march cardio due to my time restraints and also of fear of losing some muscle bc of my lackluster workouts. But that being said I kept my diet fairly tight except for a weekend binge at one point. I am very surprised at my weight loss and body change bc I don't feel like I workout out well throughout this log at all. So I feel like these products helped a lot with my overall fat loss.
Pic disclaimer: my wife took pictures of me last night with her phone and sent them to me via text then deleted the pics from her phone. All the pics came through except for a couple and in those couple were my frontals. So I took some front pics in the morning today. That's why the pics are a little different.
Review: I took an array of Products which all together worked extremely well. Because of this I can't decipher which products did one thing specifically well in regards to another. This is my review and personal opinion.
Taste: 9/10 I truly enjoyed the raspberry lemonade flavor. It was tasty with the right amount of tartness and sweetness.
Mixing: 10/10 it mixed perfectly and with about 12oz of water I had little too no content left over.
Side effects: 8/10 as in there were close to none. The only side affects I had was a little stomach burn which was acceptable and actually subsided after about a week of taking the product. Taken by itself I didn't feel any sides but I didn't taken by itself until a couple days after I started the initial dosage. I took it with the other products which could have enhanced that stomach burn.
Fat burn: 9.5/10 I lost a great amount of weight with this log especially for the lack of cardio I was doing. I felt like the Alphamine played a great role in this. Especially from the amount of energy I was given from it every morning.
Energy: 8/10 would take 2 scoops every morning and hardly ever had a lack of energy in the early mornings of my day. I attribute some of this to the Alphamine.
Hardening Agent: 7/10 I don't feel like much hardening took affect, I am def leaner then when I started but I don't have a "hardening" feeling. I don't want to blame this on the product though bc my workouts did not mimic an ideal situation for hardening to take place.
Thermogenic 8.5/10 I felt a slight rise in body temp each morning after taking Alphamine. It not anything overwhelming but a slight difference. Only 8.5/10 bc it was always stacked so I can't tell how well it worked solo
Overall: 9/10, I lost weight and look better with a not so intense routine and little cardio which is very impressive to me.
EBF AAV2 Review:
Capsule size and dosage: 10/10 I felt like the capsules were not to big and they were a perfect size to take 2 at a time without having to separate them when taken together. The dosing was fine, I don't have a problem with taking more than 1 pill at a time, and I took 2 pills at a time 3 times a day bc I felt like that was the Best way to take then for efficiency.
Side effects 10/10 as there were none. It's a stim free product and I would take two directly before bed and have no issues. No stomach issues or sleep issues. The only time I felt something with this product as far as sides is when I was taken it with Alphamine and MP. But whenever taken solo there were no issues.
Thermogenic: 8.5/10 when taken I felt a slight jump in body temp. I also had elevated sweat when in the gym. Only 8.5/10 bc it was always stacked so I can't tell how well it worked solo.
Energy: 9/10 had everlasting energy during this stack. I think it's from the spread of the stacks. Of course I had my down days ect but for the most part my energy levels were.
Fat loss: 9.5/10 I lost a good amount of weight but most importantly leaned out nicely. I think the lack of workout intensity and cardio should have had me not as lean as I am. So because of this I am thoroughly surprised and excited.
Overall: 9/10 loved the product. Enjoyed not having any sides and having great results. Def a great product.
Bonus products: I was given two bonus products by EBF bc he and the company go above and beyond. Recompodrol and Metabolic Powder. The below will be a review of both products overall.
Recompadrol: 9.5/10 I loved this product. I didn't start really utilizing correctly until the second half of my log. I would take the pills and eat my cheat meal or high carb meal feeling good going into it. I mentally felt more secure when eating these meals knowing that I had this product on hand. I would eat large meals and high carb meals and not feel bloated later that day or the next morning. I would wake up in the morning Feeling like those big meals didn't affect my body in a negative way.
MP: 9/10 also loved this product. I would use it before workouts some days as a pre workout with the Alphamine but I always used it post workout. Everytime I took MP I could feel a burn in my stomach but it was not intense and I could feel my body temp rise as well. I would get a great sweat during my workout when this was taken as a preworkout. My body felt great on This product and energy was also given for hours after taking his product.
These products taken together, Recompodrol and MP before and during meals worked Very well. I felt like they enhanced each other on cheat days and meals. I didn't start pairing these together until the last week and wish I would have did it from day 1.
I loved this log opportunity and I feel like I did a little injustice by not being healthy and not keeping my cardio up. I feel like I could have seen way more progress if healthy and had more time for cardio. Nonetheless It was a great opportunity with good results. I will def be trying this stack again in the future.
