Got stuck in traffic today and only had 40 min to complete my work out so I took a page from Tyga's workouts and did a modified 10X10 session mixed in with some super sets

I had a crazy pump on by the end of that quick session and had the question asked that every guy loves hearing, "Dude what are you on? You look huge!". I told the dude about the stack and what it does and he just kinda stared at me like I was explaining quantum physics.
On a separate note I did want to mention that with the quickened pace of my work out I did get some mild stomach discomfort. Nothing too crazy but I did have to take a quick breather top make sure I didnt chunk up all those fantastic supplements.
Fun Fact: The longest recorded projectile vomit was 27 ft.

Thoughts So far: Well after about two and a half weeks of this stack and not taking any joint sups I must say I am pleasantly surprised that none of my joints are achy. My muscles are sore but my joints are fine. The pumps have been solid and I think from hear on out I am going to try and work in the 8 rep range while still hitting five sets.
On a side note I have to travel back up to northern CA work the weekend for my moms wedding and will be off the forum until Monday I am going to continue my dosage of everything and stick to my .5grams of DAA on off days I will try and get a shoulder/arms session in some time over the rest of this week and update with my phone but reception is kind of spotty up there. When I get back at it my body will be fully rested! Yea Buddy!

I got to work out arms with my dad and one of his old bodybuilder buddies and holly hell those old guys kicked my a$$

By then end of the work I needed a lot of help finishing out those reps but the pump I had going on was amazing I would say top ten arm pumps of all time and it stayed with me for almost all day.
After this work out I decided that I am going to stay in a caloric surplus but I am going to jump my reps up to the 15-20 range while staying at 5 sets.
Fun fact: Charlie Brown’s father was a barber ( and had he been around more he may not have turned out so bad...)

Thoughts - I feel like my work outs are more complete with the higher rep count and the pumps are noticeably better. I am going to stick with this the next 26+ days.
Also I wanted to mention after a weekend of eating wedding food I stepped on the scale at 212 I know I a lot of that is water retention but I do not look bloated.

Did some work with pops huh? That would be nice, my pop isn't picking up anything heavy unless its a new TV or large quantities of Red Beans n Rice. Arm workout appeared to be tough. Again you are doing things in the gym I never do. I need to try some of this stuff.
