    This weekend was great. I trained both Saturday (Back/ Biceps) and Sunday (Legs/ Shoulders). All supplementation and nutrition was in check. I bought some fat gripz yesterday, so I’ll be trying those out this week.

    Overall, I like the fatgripz a lot. I feel like I need to do some major work with them before I incorporate them into my heavy lifts. I could barely do some of the light weight forearms/ biceps work with them in my training session. This morning my hands are achy, as well as my forearms.
