    Ok so something is starting to work, I haven't eaten since lunch and although the thought of food is enticing I'm not actually hungry so it's easy to talk myself out of. T2 must be showing it's beautiful self!!

    I did really good today. Probably drank around a gallon and a half. Kept macros at 160c/244p/52f

    Trained bis this afternoon. I seem to be losing vascularity at a resting state but during training they pop right back out

    Update on macros counting post training whey

    Had a good night beating up my shoulders. I've come to the conclusion that delt destroyers and I have a love hate relationship. The second set always seems to have me wanting to give up early. I really have to dig down and get myself psyched to get it done. Third set isn't as bad for some reason.

    Day 21
    Decided to try 1 1/2 scoops of Ripped Cocktail this morning and hit the gym for some cardio. That seemed to be my sweet spot!! Had a nice rush of energy and was very focused.

    Stairclimber
    Level 10 fat burner mode for 5 minutes then bumped it up to level 15 for 10 minutes.

    Heavy Bag
    5 one minute rounds with 45 second rests between.

    Jump rope
    1 minute on 30 seconds off for 5 minutes.

    Felt really good, worked up a great sweat!! Weight was 171

    Will be doing some chest work at home after breakfast.

    I'm going to keep my butt on track today with diet. No excuses!! Took 1 1/2 scoops of Ripped Cocktail this morning and trained back and did 20 minutes of hiit. I was still a little stiff and sore from last night so didn't over do training.

    Try something lighter than. Lol. Seriously, weighted shadow boxing is great for developing shoulder joint strength.

    When I first started doing it, I could barely go for 20 seconds. Now I'm able to do 3 rounds of 45 seconds on with 25 second rests. The only thing that starts to hurt is my elbow

    Fasted cardio this morning. 15 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the stair climber. Weight was 166.5 pre training.....wait what???? I couldn't believe it when I looked at the scale!!!

    I just walked in on my 4 year old going to the bathroom. I started turning around to walk back out, and she says, "dad you can come in and look at your muscles in the mirror if you want" lol so cute!!

    HAHAH My son got some ninja turtle action figures for at his bday party on sunday. This moring he turned the arms into a front double bi while eating breakfast. As im leaving hes said check out my turtle is flexing. Kids are so funny.

    Ya he wanted weights for his bday so his aunt got him little rubber db from target 3,4,5 lbs im not sure. My wife will be the first to back me up that I dont push it onto him or flex around them. Nobody believes us lol. Its just in you sometimes. I was the same way looking at muscle mags as a kid etc.

    I totally agree that athletic makeup is genetic. I recently met my biological father and found out that we both played the same positions in football and baseball growing up, even though I never knew a thing about him until a couple of years ago.

    Chest day today. I'm sticking with my routine of 3x15 for each notch on my bench for a total of 15x15 with 8 second rests between sets. I'm able to get through training in no time and keeping my heart rate up. The pump from this is like no other routine I have done!!

    That looks miserable. Don't get me wrong, I love snow, for a day or two. Just visiting snow is okay. But to live in it for months out of every year, no thanks.

    Today's training was lifting wet snow all day. Ended up getting us out and helping to shovel out 4 other people. Great fully body workout lol.

    Just caught up in here. Yuck! Snow already? At least you are getting a shoveling workout plus helping the neighbors ( seems just like last year, doesn't it? Lol)
