    Got our main PT to check out my hips and I had a mean upslip of almost an inch. Doubt it was from my DLs but Ive been noticing a definite change in my posterior patterns as of late and will be working to fix them as time goes on. Little more pelvic stability for me it seems but things should only be getting better for me I hope.

    Almost to the end of this cycle and need I say the results need to speak for themselves. Successfully keeping weight and strength this far in has only boosted my esteem this far and we still have a ways to go so back to working I go!

    Honestly I hopped on my recovery extremely hard so soreness was very minimal. Hips still are a little tight but I have a separate routine for that. Also had been running AfterGlow and after 3 days into it and very good eating I feel like it paid off. No spine issues (THANKFULLY) and a tight right Lat but I think its from extra pressure from my hip, its getting better as well.

    With that in mind, does anyone feel as if their technique or certain movement patterns change after weight loss or gain? Ive passed through literally 4 pants sizes and every 2 weeks or so I notice that I keep having to "tweek" positioning to find a decent spot. Normal and Im overthinking it and this is how recomp goes (My idea of whats going on) or stick to what has been always working?

    Sry guys had a long week last week working a different shift and my dad having some complications so my AM usage was on then off 3mins later. With that being said I actually managed to finish PRIME, and CP20 around the same time. Had more than an awesome run on it and will review each product in a longer standing. Wrote out a page worth so will cut it down and post. Will get a BF% check as sadly I only managed to cut off 4lbs but the strength gains while using this stack were phenomenal. I can honestly say if you put in the work along with this stack the skies the limit for your results! USPlabs awesome combo!

    Honestly can say this testosterone Booster did its job. No actual def. labwork was done but having used a few has me sold that Prime is right up there. It increases appetite, honestly makes you only tolerate and think about matter that are important. The rest will surely just piss you off. the aggression wasnt too crazy in respect though. Just a short fuse at your usual "Pet Peeves". Saw some decent lean gains as well. No body acne or blemishes to report. No serious GI issues. Very solid product and if caught on sale im stacking up! I dosed my first bottle per normal usage directions and switched to the 6/9 protocol afterwards. Definitely saw better results in strength gains and rest recovery during the second bottle. My recommendation don't use without 2 bottles as best results are there.

    From what I gathered This product was meant to provide an increase of hardness, vascularity, and help promote lean muscle mass. I just cannot rate this product at a 5 simply because of the distance I have to go and hope that it is still respectable. Starting at just over 14% Bf I was skeptical that the product would follow up with its claims but boy was I wrong. I was able to smash down to 13.2% BF which is now the lowest I have been. After having lost almost 50lbs this summer I actually noticed a tightening of my skin that was very relieving. Im a huge believer in weight loss if it makes you happy but I also believe the body has its own time frame for tightening up the skin leftover. CP20 increased my vascularity to gradually allow me to notice new passageways of veins weekly. Noticed lean muscle mass being preserved much better than when using just a fat burner alone. I had no issues with the product. Didnt notice any ill effects or repercussions during the entire month of using it. Will definitely use this product again.
    4/5 for me until Im able to gauge the harness on a much leaner scale.

    Swear this is the most elusive product USP has lol. Not bashing it as I truly believe it can help you dial into the workout session and get SH!T DONE, but I cant say it happened for me every time. Didnt use it every session as I wanted to see if I could notice a difference in workout tempo. Very mixed emotions on the supp but I can say I believe it has some recovery aspects to it. During my deadlift day I used it and LORD I should have felt some serious DOMS afterwards but I was shocked to notice that I had none. AfterGlow or Versa or maybe the combo of both having used them both for a few days continuously has me thinking Versa is better as a recovery agent than a focus enhancer, IMO just for me. Its not a waste of money just ensure that it works for you and you know "what" your using it for.

    I liked using this product. As being my first SIMS I was extremely critical of its effectiveness but it came around once daily usage began. First few days were full of GI distress but it cleared up just before the work week , so thankful for that! For me It worked best with carbs at breakfast and lunch. Only reason that I cant give a 5 as I felt no true food pumps the entire time I used the product. Tried a few PWO meals 90mins and 2hrs prior and nothing both times. Eh to each their own but the product helped me keep my waistline steady and even aided in my recomp pursuit. I would try this product again and am sure I just may. IMO best with breakfast and lunch.

    Jack3d Advanced Formula: 5/5

    I wouldn't add or take away a thing with this product. Its an awesome standalone that offers an ok pump and smooth energy throughout the workout session. No crash or cracked out moments here and even on high intensity leg sessions I wasnt afraid that I would black out. Used on a few cardio days as well (90mins-2hrs later and didnt see serious HR issues) It will elevate the HR but not to a redline risk or an area that you havent been by your own hand. I will be adding another container of this to use at one scoop when coming down off stims. Add a pump agent to create a combo to smash the gym!

    Taste: Freaking awesome in the Fruit Punch category. Sipping not really but easily put down and no long lasting aftertaste.

    Overall: Glad Jack3d is BACK 2 its former GLORY!

    OxyElite Pro Thermo Powder: 3/5

    This powder really threw me some days. As far as a thermo effect it wasnt as great as Id had wanted. Really had to be on your second set of anything to get a rise out of it and the energy levels weren't too much for me. Tried by itself, with PWO, and at different times of day. mornings before work 2 hrs into work I wouldn't know if i had taken it or not. The appetite suppressant was my biggest issue with this product. I love a FB to offer a strong appetite suppressant and I would honesty be hungry right after using this product and that never changed no matter what time of day I used it. During workouts it was most efficient at 2 scoops. If ya can spring for 2 containers it wouldn't be a bad investment but id have to catch it on a killer deal.
