    09/22/13

    My usual day off from Prime. I must note that my aggression has really calmed down, and I see that my appetite is still running quite high. Im holding steady at 230 still but being 2 weeks into CP20 I do see some differences in my composition. My vascularity seems to be becoming clearer by the week and my attitude towards my lifts are def stronger (Versa-1). All out of my Thermo Powder and OEProtein, but I have great alternates lined up. I have enough protein to last me until Thanksgiving lol and a new thermo powder OTW. Still more to come and hope everyone is enjoying the ride thus far.

    Cp20 had my appetite raging as well. By the 3rd week though it stabilizes. I noticed I need more food in one sitting to satisfy my stomach. CP20 is awesome

    Ahh so its the CP20....Huh, it does make more sense as the PRIME's feel had leveled on out a bit and this hunger feels a bit more if I was eating Id want more in the sitting as you described. Doesnt feel like Im over eating as Im at work and theres no bloated feeling.

  12. Ok so I officially have my Jack3d Advanced now and I have added Cellucor SuperHd Powder to the mix as well for my am and PWO. Had awesome results with the pill form last year so hoping to see the same if not something better!

    Im keeping my sups all as is with the addition of the SuperHd Powder usage is 1 scoop in the morning, and one PWO with 1 Jack3d AF scoop. Def enjoyed the combo today and really feels like a safe spot to be.

    Hip has been out of wack lately and trying to figure out what the deal is as my squat depth has taken a mean hit (30%) difference and its killing me. Granted Im rolling on a bent rim my tires not flat so I will try and maintain best that I can for the time being. Intense pain right around the greater trochanter but oddly none of my colleagues could find anything. Ugh its extremely annoying but hopefully just a bursitis bout.

    All sup. was taken the same with AP taken at lunch with Buzz and Neds for the 1st time! Was freaking awesome

    Hit the Bike for some serious cycling for 45mins. I had taken 1 scoop of Jack3d AF and 1 Super HD and my HR hit the redline a few times but didnt feel faint or disoriented. Definitely was higher intensity as the PT I was with is a competitive cyclist. Was good fun and burned a ton of calories, just cant wait for this hip to shape up. Finished with some foam rolling and tennis ball therapy and ice.
