  2. No Bar, no plates Leg Day!!!

    Hip has been out of wack lately and trying to figure out what the deal is as my squat depth has taken a mean hit (30%) difference and its killing me. Granted Im rolling on a bent rim my tires not flat so I will try and maintain best that I can for the time being. Intense pain right around the greater trochanter but oddly none of my colleagues could find anything. Ugh its extremely annoying but hopefully just a bursitis bout.

    All sup. was taken the same with AP taken at lunch with Buzz and Neds for the 1st time! Was freaking awesome

    Workout:

    Worlds Greatest Stretch

    Partial Knee Extensions:

    OKC TKEs:
    6x12 w/5" hold Grey Band was used (Our Strongest)

    Horizontal Leg Press:

    400x15 (Our whole stack and depth was barely reached)

    X-Band Lat. Walks: Black band

    Prone Hamstring Curls:

    Hip Drops: Hitting the glute medius I believe, 12in box used

    Walking Lunge w/ Body Blade:
    4 laps

    Hit the Bike for some serious cycling for 45mins. I had taken 1 scoop of Jack3d AF and 1 Super HD and my HR hit the redline a few times but didnt feel faint or disoriented. Definitely was higher intensity as the PT I was with is a competitive cyclist. Was good fun and burned a ton of calories, just cant wait for this hip to shape up. Finished with some foam rolling and tennis ball therapy and ice.

    Been hitting the gym and really digging my cardio additions. Working a closing shift all this week so lets go hell week. Got a killer leg and shoulder session coming up and dont think I will half ass either of them its one of those days to just kill it all. Off day from PRIME but will be using SuperHd powder, Jack3d AF, V-1, and CP20! LETS GET IT!

  14. HOLY CRAP WAS IT A DAY!!!

    Hit the gym with the mindset that I was doing anything and everything. I was challenged every lift by my partner and nnot without good reason. He sees me have fun all the time and wanted to make me push a little harder so SH!T I DID!

    Foam rolled a bit before hitting the squat rack

    Smith Front Squats:

    Back Squat:

    225x10
    245x8
    275x5 2sec pause with each rep
    315x2 paused these as well felt awesome at the bottom

    DeadLifts:

    545x1 Worst idea ever blurted out and I actually went for it. Cant wait until it cleans up and is a smooth groove for me. Soon as I let out a sound the compression went and never in my life have been legs danced that way. I wasnt putting it down for anything and glad I didnt.



    545 is a PR as I hit 530 1st week of august! Feeling like a true boss and cant believe I hit this being so light.

    Get those hips down a bit so they lockout together with your back. Once you get your groove down, like you said, you're going to explode that ****.

    Woah, that deadlift was frightening! Be careful. It would be a shame if you had a serious injury doing something like that.
