Todays workout was the first workout in a while i really wasnt feeling it. I still went in and got some work in but i definitely didnt push myself as hard as i have consistently for a while now. Ill post up the workout but i didnt keep track of weights very consistently.
I do remember doing 75x12x3 on DB. I added DB rows 80x10x3 while i was waiting for the rack to do good mornings. I think part of the reason i wasnt feeling it was bc my shoulders/hams/glutes were pretty sore already from yesterday. This right here is a prime example of why i love 5/3/1 4x a week. Perfect recovery time and no bull****.Training log:

Just got done with another lift. PRd in front squat. I could definitely do more from a legs standpoint but im still figuring out how to hold it in my hands to minimize wrist stress / pain. Went with 2 caps of Uncut again today. I was really in the mood to lift today so moral/euphoria was great. Once again, uncut provided that little additional focus/drive.
I have about 8 caps of Uncut left. Im going to get one lift in this weekend (depending on practice schedule which day) and then mon, wed, fri next week and my bottle will be gone :/.

Awesome work w/ the PR on front squats. I think the wrist pain goes away once you get used to it or find a better grip when using clean grip. Can always cross arm, but that feels awkward. 3 weeks on a $12 dollar bottle is a pretty good deal!

Weight on front squat keeps climbing. I lifted by myself today so i didnt have to use less weight with my group so that was cool that i actually got to push myself with the weight again today.
I woke up at 4am, studied biochemistry until 530 (took Uncut at 520) got to the weight room at 540, lifted til 645. Then studied biochem til my test at 8 AM and i still felt the focus boost from UnCut even when studying after my workout. This stuff is not only an awesome pre-workout but it is a completely viable option as a study aid as well.

Finally got the damn picture to upload. Prd on incline DB had some great energy today. Uncut just performs day in day out. Cant really say anything new that i havent said already. Bottom line: this stuff works, and works very well.

GJ on the front squat. Is the clean grip working better? Yup 1 cap for a pick me up is excellent for work or school.

Felt outstanding again today. Before our lift we warmed up with speed ladders, rotator cuff band exercises and med ball throws.
The front squat grip was really killing my wrists today. I just cant seem to find that consistent pain free grip. But, in terms of uncut, nothing really new to report. Still the same energy/focus, still loving it. I have 3 caps left, just wanna let AppNutt know i really appreciate them letting me test run Uncut. Its definitely a solid pre, it is just a consistent, reliable pre.

Haha i have no idea how a picture of my living room got on that last post. But anyway, yesterday was my last workout with Uncut. I was a little out of it yesterday morning so it wasnt as good of a workout as i had been having with Uncut. My group was taking a while with rest times so we didnt get through all we had planned. I usually stay busy when my group is doing something doing my rest but like i said i was a little out of it.
Strength was still decent i guess. I dont know i just felt foggy headed kind of. Couldve been because of lack of sleep over the weekend or something.
I took my last uncut cap this morning at 5 am to help me get some homework finished up by my 8am class. Worked great.

Just as a little tidbit after 2 workouts without Uncut: im definitely missing the added focus/cognitive stimulation that it brings to the table. Often times you can tell best what the prior preworkout brought to the table when switching to another. Well thats definitely the case here.
Just want to thank ApNut, Jeff, and Obey one more time for letting me try UnCut and getting my first log under my belt. I feel like i might have made it too training oriented but i feel like its what i had to do since the benefits were so consistent and nothing new really popped up. The focus/cognitive benefits and energy lasted consistently throughout and that was awesome. I do also feel like i may have had some increased vascularity as well, but i really am not naturally veiny at all so it is kind of hard for me to judge the effects on vascularity.
