I got my little package of goodies 2day. I want to thank the guys at AMS and FRL and harbonah for giving me this chance with what looks to be a good little stack. This will be my 1st PH run. I have a few aas cycles under my belt, so im anxious to see how this goes. My lifting style is usually gvt, but if i'm feeling good i will drop reps and go heavier. I eat pretty good most if the time. I dont starve myself or set a strict calorie limit. If im hungry i eat, just chicken instead of cake.
I will be taking the usuall , b vit, hawthorne berry, , and a pwo of some sort.
Little history about myself- Im 40 yrs old, 5'9" and 175 lbs. i've been lifting since i was a kid. Sometimes more sometimes less, but always in my life in some form. I have never done a cutting cycle because my metabolism always took care of that for me. That kinda slowed down in my late 30s, so i am excited to give this a go!
