Had a hard time getting going today. Ran out of stim pwo so i had 2 cups of coffee and got after it. Dosing of decasarm and 5alpha is same today. No more big changes. Im in almost 3 weeks and have prob dropped 2% bf. For a lighter end ph stack i am seeing about what i thought.

Felt like trying to blow my chest up today. Did a pretty good job. Felt pretty strong and focused. Turned up some Texas Hippie Coallition and killed it. I have been bulking so long when i start to see less mass i get a little nervous and self consious. The Decasarm and 5alpha is starting to lean me up nice. Im still weighing about the same (178 )Here is a couple progress pics. I have a goal of bw+bw(175-180) dips by end of October.

9/19 -off 9/20 LEGS Walk lunge-100yrd Frt sqts-160x10x10 Bulg split sqts-db40x10,60x10,80x10,8 Calf raises-200x100(split 3sets) Took Decasarm&5alpha the same today. Im looking for dif things to work my quads when back sqts and deads bother my low back. This is the first time i've done bss. These are more challenging than i thot. My legs were shot considering the short workout.
Here is a quad shot. (Tried my new b&w feature)

Still at 178 this morn.
Getting close to empty on my 5alpha because i took it 4 ed. Im not far behind with the Decasarm. Still feeling good. No lethargy or any neg effects. I may buy another bottle of 5 alpha if funds permit, if not i will start my pct after Decasarm is gone. So far this has been a good stack. After the 2 week mark is when i started noticing improvements.

I have a few more days of Decasarm , then its pct time. Today was a bodyweight day exept db rows and bench. Archer pu are no joke. Upper body had a killer pump. Im still weighing 178 this morn. If i can be at 172 after pct with 2-3% less bf i'll be happy.

Just kind of threw a workout together today. Im trying to add an extra day for biceps and traps each week. 2moro will be my last day taking decasarm. If i can get through my pct and just cut a little bf i will be happy. Im trying to decide on my next cycle. Maybe DMZ, epi. Def a bulk stack. So far i've had no side effects or probs with decasarm or 5alpha. I may try 5alpha with DMZ.

I just finished the stack 5-alpha + decaSARM and had such minimal side effects I can easily understand how you feel. I've decided to keep going with the aroma-x and some herb boosters.

I decided to take a few days away from the gym to give my low back a break. I have been doing stretching exercises for it tho. I will be back at it tonite with legs.

Split sqts-60lb db-8x10
SLDL/db-50lb-8x2 low back was done after 2 sets. Decided not to push it.
Calf raises-200x100(split 3 sets)
For a bad back day, i was able to get a pretty good leg workout. I didnt use alot of weight so i controlled the TUT. Very slow with a solid core and good form. The weight felt light. I could have done more sets or upped the weight. The Decasarm and 5alpha def did its job in the strenghth dept. I still feel very full and solid in general. I'm in limbo right now as to which direction im going-continue stack for 4 more weeks or start pct. I will be deciding in the next day or so.

10/1 BACK/CHEST Archer pull ups-10x10 SS Dips-bw+60-10x10 Incline db bench-80x10x10(last 3 set were x8 )SS Single db row-80x10x10 Push ups wide- 64 in one minute Rest one min Push ups mid- 58 in one min Rest one min Push ups narrow palms facing-46 in one min Pull overs db-60x 10x5 I did alot of body weight exercises again. Last week went good so i kinda copied it. I like the archer pu. Very good back/lat pump. Cant remember the last time i did timed pu. I think i did better 20 yrs ago. Anyway got a huge chest pump and a little cardio.

I've been resting my low back the last few days. Nothing new, just need to give it a few days of taking it easy. I have been doing foam rolling, stretching and band work to keep as loose as possible. I might do a light full body wo later and just work around any pain and do higher reps.

i googled those archer pull ups, damn!!! they look very tough, but might be just what i need to add...trying to get more of the V look!!!
