I got my little package of goodies 2day. I want to thank the guys at AMS and FRL and harbonah for giving me this chance with what looks to be a good little stack. This will be my 1st PH run. I have a few aas cycles under my belt, so im anxious to see how this goes. My lifting style is usually gvt, but if i'm feeling good i will drop reps and go heavier. I eat pretty good most if the time. I dont starve myself or set a strict calorie limit. If im hungry i eat, just chicken instead of cake.
I will be taking the usuall fish oil, b vit, hawthorne berry, cla, and a pwo of some sort.
Little history about myself- Im 40 yrs old, 5'9" and 175 lbs. i've been lifting since i was a kid. Sometimes more sometimes less, but always in my life in some form. I have never done a cutting cycle because my metabolism always took care of that for me. That kinda slowed down in my late 30s, so i am excited to give this a go!
I will post up my workout later tonight. Here is a starting pic. I have no idea what my bf is so any guesstimates are welcome.

I decided to go for a run today. Only ran 4 mi round trip. I took the decasarm and 5 alpha in the morn and then again before workout. I like the mint flavor. The 5alpha is a bit strong. Kinda like eating alot if altoids. I could def feel the energy from the b12. Im anxious to get a couple more weeks into this stack.

I can def feel an energy rush after taking the 5 alpha. I noticed a little acne on my shoulders so im hoping that is a good sign. I have never done a ph cycle so i am just taking it day by day. Im expecting big results tho. Low back was giving me probs so i dropped weight a little, but still got a good pump.

I decided to take a couple days off and just enjoy the holiday. I am still taking the little muscle mints (Decasarm&5 alpha) morn and eve. Its too early for any big changes other than extra energy and maybe a little bacne.

I have a disc that is 80% gone between L5-S1. Sometimes it bites the nerves pretty bad. Chiro once a week helps keep it aligned,but it gets bad fast if i dont keep my core tight when i lift.

I ss the squats with 30 sec between back-frt and 1 min between sets. Legs felt like they were going to XPLODE! I had alot of endurance today even tho my back was acting up. (Thats why i only did 6 sets instead of 10) Im starting to notice more vascularity and definition in my legs. Dont know if thats from the stack, but i'll take it.
I took one Decasarm & two 5Alpha upon waking, then one more Decasarm and two 5Alpha 8 hrs later as my pwo. Im still at 175, which is fine. I think i'm starting to see a little body comp change. So far i'm liking this shred stack. This is the second day i've taken 4 of the 5 Alpha. I will see how this goes.

Had to be the shred stack cuz i didnt even use a pwo. I think i am looking fuller and more defined, without loosing weight. Lovin it!

No workout tonight. Im gona kick back and watch the Cornhuskers kick So Miss all over the field.
Dosing of Decasarm and 5 alpha will be the same. I will be back at it 2moro to work off the crappy food im eating during the game. Go Huskers!

I repeated this 5 times and had a good sweat going. I took 1Decasarm & two 5-alpha this morn, one 5 alpha pwo and i will take 1 more of each 8 hrs after first dose. I am def starting to notice a harder leaner look to my muscles. So far so good. I also feel a little more aggresive and on edge in the last few days. I just have to keep my attitude in check more. Other than that i feel like i'm going in the right direction.
Anyone who wants to try this cardio workout and post their time please feel free. [~]

I watched the vid on the Sling shot. Im not a power lifter by any means, but i have some shoulder issues on bb bench. Does anyone use this in general lifting? Would this be a good purchase?

I tried it once. It's def something you have to get use to but I do like it.

Thank you. I like this stack so far. No crash at all. Its not a tweeked out energy, just nice and alert. I eat 2800ish cals. 40/30/30. Im not getting real carried away with a cut type of diet. I've been on bulking cycles for a while so i like to eat. I just eat good food when i'm hungry. Occationaly a cheat meal.

I felt like going a little heavier on sqts. Went well untill low back started to give up so i stopped at 275. That is heavier than i have gone in a while. The way my back feels i remember why i dont go very heavy. I'll be paying for it 2moro. Rev lunges went good and calves are blowin up.

Kind of a bro day 2day. Got my day going with Decasarm and 5 alpha as usual. 5alpha pwo as well. Killer workout 2day. Kind of a med-heavy day. Arms were swole! I had no fuel left in the tank. Last few sets were a little shakey, but it hurts so good.

CARDIO
I did the same cardio workout as 9/8. I repeated this 5 times with about 2-3min between rounds.
It was pretty nice out so i did 20 min of kickboxing on the heavy bag, then about 15 min of ground & pound on the mma bag. I was totally shot and sweating my ass off after this. Dosing of Decasarm and 5alpha was the same. Im still feeling good and noticing more muscle separation every day.

Changed up and shortened leg day because low back was bothering me pretty bad. I just worked around pain and did what i could. I still got a good pump and pretty decent workout. No change in shred stack dosing.

Felt like trying to blow my chest up today. Did a pretty good job. Felt pretty strong and focused. Turned up some Texas Hippie Coallition and killed it. I have been bulking so long when i start to see less mass i get a little nervous and self consious. The Decasarm and 5alpha is starting to lean me up nice. Im still weighing about the same (178 )Here is a couple progress pics. I have a goal of bw+bw(175-180) dips by end of October.

Getting close to empty on my 5alpha because i took it 4 ed. Im not far behind with the Decasarm. Still feeling good. No lethargy or any neg effects. I may buy another bottle of 5 alpha if funds permit, if not i will start my pct after Decasarm is gone. So far this has been a good stack. After the 2 week mark is when i started noticing improvements.

If i can get through my pct and just cut a little bf i will be happy. Im trying to decide on my next cycle. Maybe DMZ, epi. Def a bulk stack. So far i've had no side effects or probs with decasarm or 5alpha. I may try 5alpha with DMZ.

great log. you gonna run any pct for this or just a quick bridge to the DMZ,epi ?

I just finished the stack 5-alpha + decaSARM and had such minimal side effects I can easily understand how you feel. I've decided to keep going with the aroma-x and some herb boosters.
