  1. Been slacking on gym... Just haven't been motivated or sleeping well.


  2. Sleep plays a major role in day to day energy/motivation. I know what you mean, kinda feel like that recently with work being super busy. Still manage to get in my workouts though but sometimes not as intense as I would like.

    I wake up early and workout in my basement. I guess I'm lucky enough where I have access to it at my house.

  13. Nice week end was able to enjoy hanging with kids, had to work Saturday afternoon but had while morning with them. Sunday house hired and the a birthday party. The party was at a gymnastics place.... And we'll daddy was doing flips and jumping into the foam pit. Lets just say I was the only adult with a wardrobe malfunction

  18. I know morning workouts can be hard sometimes especially since your bed is very comfortable and nice and warm. Glad you made it to the gym and killed that workout for sure! You feel so much better when it's done

    I noticed my pics I look a little leaner even though my weight is still up. Yesterday was my last of NXT and DAA. Now I am just riding on PF3, protein,creatine, jack3d micro, beta alanine, and multi/vitamins.

    I got my results back from blood work, don't have it with me, and my level were good. My good cholesterol was moderate... Guess its a little low. Protein was only at 1.6 which was good. I need to calculate the dates as see what the timing was between starting PF3 and the test. I also need to figure out a way to find my result from last year. I know my creatine was a lot lower than last year, not sure how that happened because I am on mono. All in all I scored a 92/100.... Pretty freakin stellar in my eyes.

  28. Sorry for being away.... Been working nights and long days. Really not much activity over here. Been to the gym 1 tine this week. My training has been slacking.

    No new updates on PF3

  29. Hey guys I wanna thank you all for joining me and following my progress, even though the last week have been slack. Ill post up a review soon however I will say that I did enjoy using this product. I feel that the way i was using it help me gain some weight. Similar to a couple of other I do have some stomach issues here and there which could have been a combo of other products with PF3. I still think this could be a great product for some but in my opinion it is not the product for me. Not because it doesn't work but because I couldn't see definite results from using. My recovery didn't seem to change, I was just as sore as before when doing heavy weight. I think also the lucine was more beneficial then the PF3, but I did not see a result from it either. Even though that product is tried and proven to help with protein consumption.

    Sorry if this is not what you wanted I just feel I should express my personal experience. Ohhh yeah don't discount me for future promos because I didn't think it worked, I know you won't, or .... Well you don't want to know the or(j/k).
