    Leucine-heavy powders never mix well for me unless I use warm water (eww...) or let it sit in the fridge for a while. Open to new ideas though.

  6. So I've been experimenting with PURE PF3, trying to find different ways to consume it. Not that it really matters I just am bored. I tried it with my frozen yogurt protein mixture the other night... Not bad, unflavored of course. This morning tried it in coffee .... Ummm didn't taste that good. I thought because of the almost sweet flavor it would work, leucine did not. I used a sugar free creamer and let's just say I finished it without a smile on my face.

    It's cool that you and others are trying different concoctions for PF3, it makes it fun.

  14. Bad day at work... Yeah missed my midday PF3 & lunch. Not only did I not do my job right I also got a parking ticket. Just defeated today. Hopeful of another good day at gym tomorrow

    Yeah I decided to sleep in. Figured maybe more rest... Catching up from lack of over the weekend. So with that said, I didn't make it to gym this morning.

  21. Well looks like things are going to get worse... Family member called me and said process server was looking for me... And when I got home a letter hanging out for with wife's name. 90% sure of what it is. Ohhhh well I knew one day I'd have to deal with it.

  22. 1/2 scoop PF3 with pre-workout
    1/2 scoop leucine with intra
    1/2 scoop of both post with 1.5 scoop protein


    I've had a couple of side effects last couple of days. One being a floating feeling, almost a nauseating feeling when not eating as much. I had a low carb/protein meal for midday lunch, and by 430 starting feeling that way. I ended up working late and didn't have another meal prepared. I did have a little peanut butter left over and plenty of water to hold me over. However when I got home I didn't few like eating... That sick feeling, I pushed through and ate a little. This day was a none workout day.

    Another was towards the later part of a training session... Probably a little dehydrated from the day before, but a significant difference from previous mornings with out PF3.

    Diet plays a major part on body reactions while PURE PF3 is being used. As far as positive feedback... I can't report anything. Not that it's not doing anything, I just don't feel the good sides.

  23. As far as training is concerned I am down 1.5 pounds... Probably stress related. Last night in mirror noticed my shoulder/upper pec area really looking "dry" I contribute that to the MAN NXT. that's a good thing.

    Today's training brought on some knee issues, which concerns me about participating in a obstacle course race like my wife and I planned.

    Stress sucks! I think the weights and lifting definitely helps in that department.
