    Not going to lie lol... I basically went to gym just so I could tan, but I didn't want to walk in and just tan.

    Had that 1 scoop PF3 early am with breakfast

    Pre: 1 scoop PF3
    1 cap Glycophase
    1 scoop Volatile
    1 scoop High volume

    Alternating curls:

    45x10 <-- started here for warmup hoping to do 65 or 70s the pump from Glycophase, Volatile, and High Volume kicked in instantly
    40x10
    35x10

    Had to switch to some wide grip pulldowns since the pump was causing my bi's to hit failure so fast

    4x10 140

    Since I love the pump so much:

    Incline DB curls 3x10 35s

    Alternating curls ran rack from 40s -> 10s lol... My arms were so pumped people seemed to be starring

    Face Pulls 4x10 67

    Reverse Pec Deck 3x10 125 focusing on 2 sec hold and slow negative

    Straight Bar 21's to see if bis would burst 3x21

    Post: 1 scoop PF3 so 3 scoops for the day

    Notes:
    - My arms were hitting failure so fast, I assumed I would feel some soreness this morning. No Soreness again lol can't make this up

    - Mixing Glycophase with 2 pump products and 40g of carbs may have been bad idea for doing curls lol

    - I feel like it's going to take a lot of volume to get real sore while using PF3

    I know what you mean about the recovery on PF3, it's pretty crazy. I got nothing more than a tiny bit of soreness in my Hamstrings from the Deads and Hypers on Tuesday, and my pecs are just a little sore from Chest day yesterday. I love it!

    The true test for me is tomorrow I hit legs today, and absolutely killed them!

  14. Road trip to Vegas was a crazy idea. 30 hours in a car each way!

    I feel like by back and legs have been hit by a truck, and now I'm getting sore throat (I assume from all the filthy gas stations we were forced to stop at)

    Vacation was amazing though. The first day there I took 2 scoops PF3, a pre, and hit the little gym there. Did a quick 20 min workout and met my wife at the pool with my arms and shoulders pumped enough to scare children, and other husbands.

    Wow, a workout on the 1st day of Vacation. Great job cubsfan!

    Wanted to get back to gym, just to touch some weights and get back at it. Nothing major

    Still dealing with sore throat and mild fever, but it hasn't turned into full blown illness yet.

    PF3 1 scoop pre and 1 scoop post.. I'm going to start doing pre/intra/post

    Incline DB Press 5x10 50lbs
    ss w BW pushups

    VBar pushdowns 5x10 100
    ss w Cable flies 5x10 35

    Decline Hammer Strength Press 5x10 1pps.. Should have done more weight, probably just wasted my time, but feeling like crap

    Pec Deck 5x10 100 used these to really get a good stretch

    One Arm pushdowns 5x10 22.5 lbs

    Notes: I wish my body would either get sick, and get it over with... or just get better, this in between sick is lame

    - I figured even though I went light I would be sore from not working out for a week. No soreness at all
    - Trying to catch up on ready the other logs, it still appears recovery is up for most loggers

    Decided to do some cardio since I have neglected it for so long. Even though weight training is said to help drop fat fast, my overweight self really needs to get back into the swing of lifting/cardio because any little bit helps.

    1 scoop PF3 with breakfast
    1 scoop pre
    1 scoop before bed

    Elliptical 10 min warm-up
    Elliptical 15 mins HIIT style sprinting/slow down

    Bike 15 mins catching up on sportscenter

    Wanted to do some battling ropes, but still feeling under the weather



    Today: I woke up with ears/nose all congested and my equilibrium is all off causing me to be super dizzy all day so far. I hate this feeling

    Head was still very cloudy, dizziness was not as bad as it was in morning.

    Took no preworkout since I didn't want to push it, and become super dizzy again

    1 Scoop PF3 Pre
    1 Scoop PF3 Post Hopefully I feel close to 100% this weekend so I can kick it up, and up my dosage

    Light treadmill warmup 10 mins

    Leg Press sled:

    4ppsx10
    5ppsx10 Haven't done legs for a while so, started heading back down at this point
    4ppsx12
    3ppsx14
    2ppsx16
    1ppsx20 Had a great pump going even though I took no pump product

    Wanted to sweat out some sickness so I did 60lb DB farmer walks 3x1 lap around gym

    Leg Curl machine
    SS w/ leg extensions 4x12 100lbs

    That was it for the day

    Notes: Felt pretty good pump in leg, usually with no pre I wouldn't really have good pump. Could be because I had taken some time off

    - Very Minimal soreness today, granted I didn't go heavy, but I assumed I would be more sore. The logs seem to speak for themselves on recovery, unless we all are still riding high on placebo.
