Lifted some iron today though! Interesting note is that I've dropped the WPI completely and I'm noticing my usual stomach bloat is decreasing. I do know I'm lactose intolerant and selected brands that are supposedly lactose free. PF3 is still dosed 1 scoop pre and post. Leaning out.

Still experiencing a leaning effect in that I'm seeing less bloat and more abs. Recovery seems to be the same as with WPI.

Same here. Purposely keeping everything the same for this test. Interesting.

14 days of using straight PF3 and feeling good. Recovery time is reduced and endurance increased noticeably. Looking leaner. After the initial body weight decrease of 4 lbs I'm holding steady. No more bathroom issues as I think my body is used to PF3 now.

    Deadlifts

Still using the 2 scoop protocol. Starting to see top of my abs section. Leaning out but keeping weight. Frankly, amazed. I'm not a skeptic about PF3 any more.

Haven't noticed much change or difference in appetite. I think recovery is starting to kick in. Wasn't too sore this morning after hitting chest hard yesterday.

never noticed an increased appetite with PF3 but definitely noticed the recovery aspect pretty quickly, which seems to be the main thing that everyone is reporting that's used it/is using it currently

Trying to adjust to a new feeding schedule since school started back up. Definitely not eating as much in the morning as I'm used to, but can't say that's from the PF3.

It's hard getting used to a new schedule. Especially with diet involved

21 Days in and still on the first tub of PF3. Dosing this at 1 scoop pre and 1 scoop post workout. No other supplement proteins. Feeling good on this PF3. Stomach bloating is way reduced. Leaning is still occurring with weight holding.

    Shoulders
    DB Lateral Raises
    30x8x3

    Bent Over DB Side Raises
    30x8x3

    Machine Shoulder Press
    95x10
    105x7
    115x4
    125x2 PR on reps

    DB Front Raises
Tweaked the left shoulder and stopped.

Age sucks! Going to have to give in and drop the weight but increase volume for a while.

Interesting, I read about deloads but haven't practiced these myself because my workouts are only an hour and usually are based on a seven day split. I figure that deloads aren't necessary with this type of program.
