  3. Had one of those mornings that time flew by but I was in slow motion. So, PF3 is not a cure for DOMS from squats but I can say that the pain is not as bad as it usually is. I dosed 2 scoops PF3 before workout this weekend and 1 scoop after.

    I concur 100%. Like you said, doesn't eliminate soreness completely, but sure as heck helps A LOT with recovery in not feeling a ton of the usual soreness even the next day!

  6. The double dosing of PF3 resulted in "loose" BMs. Sticking to 1 scoop pre and 1 scoop post. Still noticing recovery is better than just regular protein isolate.

    still no leucine but allnatural said it was shipping out Monday (which po was closed so maybe the next couple days ) no atter pf3 is doing its job.

    Agree with this. PF3 is performing for me all by itself. Just ask the reduced DOMS in my legs from the squats on Sunday. Day 3 and I'm healed. Usually I'm still wobbling on day 4. Lol

  17. No iron workout these last 2 days. Finishing that painting job and the workout is intense! The shoulders and lower back is sore. Still taking my daily dose of PF3. Recovery is still good.

  21. Lifted some iron today though! Interesting note is that I've dropped the WPI completely and I'm noticing my usual stomach bloat is decreasing. I do know I'm lactose intolerant and selected brands that are supposedly lactose free. PF3 is still dosed 1 scoop pre and post. Leaning out.

  24. Still experiencing a leaning effect in that I'm seeing less bloat and more abs. Recovery seems to be the same as with WPI.

  27. This past week I increased my calories and still looking more lean with PF3. The only thing I dropped was whey

  28. 14 days of using straight PF3 and feeling good. Recovery time is reduced and endurance increased noticeably. Looking leaner. After the initial body weight decrease of 4 lbs I'm holding steady. No more bathroom issues as I think my body is used to PF3 now.
