I am amazed this morning. Painting job yesterday should have left me sore and complaining. This is not the case. I feel great. Even the normal DOMS in the back muscles from the deadlifts the other day is not being felt. PF3 kicking in and boom! Hmmm!!!

Wondering if you're sweating more because the PF3 is allowing you to work harder and longer in the gym? Amping up your intensity perhaps?

Thanks Reggie. That medieval mechanical contraption kills the abs. Work it by rolling out at different angles and it kills them! I love it so! Lol

This is day 7 taking PF3. I'm noticing endurance, more sweating and improved recovery. One surprising thing that I'm noticing is weight loss. I'm down 4 lbs in 7 days. I'm not cutting calories in any way but I've lost weight in the stomach area. Placebo effect? We will see as time goes by.

    Shoulders Workout

    Machine Overhead Press
    95x10
    105x7
    115x4
    125x1

    Standing Arnold Press
    50x9
    50x8x2

    DB Side Raise
    30x8x3

    Bent Over DB Side Raise
    30x8x3

Leg soreness from squats is there today but usually I'm walking with legs of rubber. Not the case today.

There has been quite a stir of interest here on AM about the effectiveness of this product. The only real effect that can be logged is muscle recovery.

Because of this, I'll only be taking my PWO and 1 scoop PF3 before my workout, 1 scoop protein isolate intra, followed by 1 scoop PF3 immediately post workout. Even though MAN was generous enough to include leucine, I decided to not use it to see only the effects of PF3 by itself.

I perform workouts on a daily basis in my garage gym. They are generally 1 to 1.5 hours long and utilize combinations of machines and free-weights:

I train with a HR monitor to time when my HR returns to a point that I can begin the next set. I'm a nerd engineer, what can I say!

Thanks for joining in. Let's get to it.

Added 1 scoop fruit punch PF3 then 10 oz of water to my shaker. Shaking vigorously resulted in a foamy head and undissolved PF3. Will try swirling next time and adding PF3 to the water to see if it dissolves better. Taste is acceptable, meaning it's the typical sucralose and acesulfame sweetness we all know but don't love.
I am envious as hell about your gym . that is awesome1

Had one of those mornings that time flew by but I was in slow motion. So, PF3 is not a cure for DOMS from squats but I can say that the pain is not as bad as it usually is. I dosed 2 scoops PF3 before workout this weekend and 1 scoop after.

    Machine Decline Bench
    175x10x3

    EZ Bar Curl
    90x10x3

    CG EZ Bar Curl
    70x10x3

    Out of time.

I concur 100%. Like you said, doesn't eliminate soreness completely, but sure as heck helps A LOT with recovery in not feeling a ton of the usual soreness even the next day!

The double dosing of PF3 resulted in "loose" BMs. Sticking to 1 scoop pre and 1 scoop post. Still noticing recovery is better than just regular protein isolate.

    Upper Back/Lats

Bent Over 2 DB Rows (head supported on inclined bench)
    95x8
    95x6x3

    Face Pull
    75x8x3

    Pull Ups
    BWx10x2
    BWx9
    BWx7

    DB Shrugs
    95x10
    105x10x3

Agree with this. PF3 is performing for me all by itself. Just ask the reduced DOMS in my legs from the squats on Sunday. Day 3 and I'm healed. Usually I'm still wobbling on day 4. Lol

No iron workout these last 2 days. Finishing that painting job and the workout is intense! The shoulders and lower back is sore. Still taking my daily dose of PF3. Recovery is still good.
