Plugging right along with the help of PF3. Woke up this morning feeling good once again. Trained back at home today so was only able to do DB work, but was still able to get some good work in.

LEG DAY Had a really busy day leading up to the gym today. I painted two purple rooms back to white, which took 3 coats a piece and haul away a bunch of left behind furniture. No a.c. in the property and it was hotter than hell in there!! Hit the gym after already pretty beat. Took 2 scoops pre training today just for s and g's didn't really notice much of a difference for training, maybe worked up a little more of a sweat. 1 scoop intra and 1 scoop immediently after. Mixed my leucine with a little gatorade and it mixed up fine. Think this will be my go to from now on for it.
Hammer Leg Extentions
My legs are without a doubt toast! I've got to paint some more tomorrow so interested to see how well I get around. Come on PF3 work some magic!!!!
Definitely experiencing doms today. Had to also get out of bed in a rush around 3am to go to the bathroom. Possibly from taking 2 scoops I'm thinking, as I've noticed others are reporting that as well. On the positive side I have really noticed my muscles are looking much fuller and my wife says I'm looking more muscular (she actually said more beastly lol)
I'm dropping down to two scoops during my deload week and am experimenting with 1 scoop post-workout with creatine and the Fermented Leucine, and 1 scoop with dinner. I'm not pushing hard this week, so I figured I'd use it when I really need it!
