  8. Noticing any change in muscle tone by only using PF3? I know what you said you felt in your video updates; any change in appearance or weight for that matter?

  10. Shoulders and legs today still pretty sore but its mainly joints. Will be getting some Joint Rehab soon and hoping that will help.

    Plugging right along with the help of PF3. Woke up this morning feeling good once again. Trained back at home today so was only able to do DB work, but was still able to get some good work in.

    Just depends on whether I can make it to the gym or not. I usually don't do a lot of BB work unless its squats, rack pulls or deads . I will switch between BB and DB on chest days and only have DBs at home, so again it all just depends on the situation.

  28. Day 9
    LEG DAY Had a really busy day leading up to the gym today. I painted two purple rooms back to white, which took 3 coats a piece and haul away a bunch of left behind furniture. No a.c. in the property and it was hotter than hell in there!! Hit the gym after already pretty beat. Took 2 scoops pre training today just for s and g's didn't really notice much of a difference for training, maybe worked up a little more of a sweat. 1 scoop intra and 1 scoop immediently after. Mixed my leucine with a little gatorade and it mixed up fine. Think this will be my go to from now on for it.

  29. Definitely experiencing doms today. Had to also get out of bed in a rush around 3am to go to the bathroom. Possibly from taking 2 scoops I'm thinking, as I've noticed others are reporting that as well. On the positive side I have really noticed my muscles are looking much fuller and my wife says I'm looking more muscular (she actually said more beastly lol)

    Very nice! Have you been using three scoops?

    I'm dropping down to two scoops during my deload week and am experimenting with 1 scoop post-workout with creatine and the Fermented Leucine, and 1 scoop with dinner. I'm not pushing hard this week, so I figured I'd use it when I really need it!
