8/16 First off i want to thank Marms and LN for giving me a chance to log this. I plan on using this in my pwo as well. I know it tastes good and gets ya going and feeling good, because i tried it the day i got it. I love the apple flavor. I cant wait to see how it works after a few weeks of use.
First full day and workout will be 2moro.

Took 2 scoops this morn on empty stomach. That stuff def gets a 5/5 for taste! Very good. Around 30 min later i just had a more focused,energized outlook. It really helped get my day going. I'm going to use it as a pwo 2moro and see how it does. So far so good.
Took 2 scoops upon waking. Man i have i said how good this stuff tastes. The mental focus and clarity is great. Decided to go for a run today. Went 3 miles round trip. Lots of sweat and good time to think and clear my mind. Felt like i still had energy to spare. Good stuff!

Took 2 scoops RC this morn. Love the way it gets me focused and going. I tried using 1scoop as a pwo. I started a little slow. Kinda not in the mood. After i got moving i made the best out of it and finish pretty strong. So far im really liking the RC. No negs at all.
2 scoops in the morning works best for me.
Wont get a chance to lift tonight, so unsched off night. Took 2 scoops RC this morn. Still hitting just as solid. Back at it 2moro!

Took 2 scoops RC this morn and hit the ground running. This is good for long lasting focus and energy. Took 1 scoop RC pwo and had a good lift. So far im still very impressed with RC.

2scoops this morn got me going once again. This stuff tastes like it should be in a tall ice filled glass and enjoyed on a hot day. The energy is def smooth and clean.
No lifting this weekend. Had a family thing so i put my full attention with that. I still took RC yesterday and 2day when i woke up. Still loving the flavor and the energy /focus are great.

After warm up i did 5 sets and then added in next exercise for ss. (5sets of 6ways then add in dmbell pres for 5 sets, then last 5 sets of 6 ways ss with first 5sets of dmbell press. Last 5 sets press ss with first5 sets of shrugs, so on & so forth) This was a pretty fast workout. Got a great pump. I took RC this morn as usual. I did not take as a pwo and i could tell the drive wasnt there as strong.
